Close to the city centre and the next train station. A lot of doors and keys for safety. The owner Marco was very friendly and understanding. I guess for the price it‘s okay but unfortunately i had the room to the backyard. The bed was kind of moving and i found some hair on my bedsheets.

The bedroom was spacious. It looked like a mini apartment. In residential area. 10mns walking from the Pantheon. Beautiful building. Breakfast in a coffee shop with only 3 tables in the street, around 8 a.m. they were taken by workers smoking. You had to eat the croissant and drink coffee standing up. View from the bedroom was on the courtyarf filled with big water tanks making noises. I would have give a higher rate if not for the breakfast.

Breakfast was around the corner. They had nothing vegetarian, but the bartender did his best to make me breakfast anyway. The room was not as clean as I would expect. The shower could be cleaned much better, there was dust on the TV, and also behind the bedstand.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was quite clean. There were a few issues. The floor didn't look like it had been cleaned very well as there was a lot of dust. The spa bath was not functioning and it took way too long for the water coming out of the shower to get hot. The location is a bit far from the centre but can be reached by a direct bus from the central station.

Friendly welcome, great location. Host (Marco) very nice and helpful with really good english. No coffee machine in the room, no spoons, glasses (1 cup), fridge outside of the room. Everything I guess available in the kitchen which is closed when host is not there so its good to check what you may need and ask in advance (wine glass and wine opener in my case). For few days is ok, for longer I would look for something else, depend of what are your expectations. From the room description I was expecting to have coffe machine and fridge inside the room.

Nice location very close to main sightseeing in Palermo, very professional and gentle staff. They have organised check-in at 9 a.m then only ask to leave a luggage
