Hotel muito bem localizado próximo ao Centro de Palermo. Conseguíamos fazer tudo a pé, pegamos o carro apenas para ir para outras cidades e praias. O hotel é lindo, com tudo novo e organizado. Andrea foi muito solícito e educado com a gente. Não tem estacionamento, mas você pode deixar o carro na rua (mediante pagamento de tarifa local). Quarto bem espaçoso, com ar condicionado. Banheiro grande também e chuveiro bom. Achamos o colchão da cama um pouco mole, meu marido ficou com um pouco de dores nas costas. O café da manhã não tinha muitas opções, principalmente de pães. Mas no geral, o café da manhã era gostoso.

The room was very comfortable and breakfast was great. Mario takes really good care of his guests and provides great service. The B&B is located 10 minutes away from the old town, so it was very convenient. Although we were aware that the bathroom was outside the bedroom, it was a bit inconvenient in practice. Also, the walls are very thin and when there were children in the hotel, you could hear then crying since very early in the morning. Not the B&B's fault, but still.

Great spot, beautiful room and building, amazing breakfast and the gentleman at the desk was helpful, kind & considerate. No parking (understandable), no space on the street, had to pay for overnight ($32 Euro) so not cheap! But this is not the fault of Casa Mo, just an unfortunate reality!

I liked that this location had an elevator, A/C in the room and the location. This place is located in a more residential part of Palermo, close enough to city center if you want to indulge in the chaos, and really close to some of the nicer boutique shops. It was my time of the month and I accidently bled on the sheets. They made me cover the costs. Breakfast could have been better.

The B&B was lovely and quiet, which made for a very peaceful stay. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and well-maintained. The location was ideal - just a few minutes away from the city center, making it convenient to reach attractions while staying in a quieter area. Overall, the combination of the comfortable accommodations, peaceful atmosphere, and convenient location made for a very pleasant stay.

City center is walkable. Room and external bathroom clean. Bed was comfortable. Bus stop to go to airport was close. The external bathroom is across the bedroom. There is a Lyft, fridge and sheets were great. The towel was small and thin. The external bathroom had no lock from the outside. There is no mirror inside the bedroom. There is no extension cord for the tea kettle.

The room was big, bright and comfortable. Andrea was so kind and welcoming . The breakfast he set out was beautiful and delicious. The fruit and coffee made my day for sure!! So glad we stayed here.

Great location, my favorite area of Palermo. This B&B is situated on a lovely street in a lovely building. The room was spacious and nice, and the staff were really kind and welcoming. I would recommend staying here.

The place is absolutely impeccable and such great value for money. Surrounding area is full of local cafes and bars, and you can easily walk to most of the major sights in 10-15 minutes. The airport bus is also a 5-minute walk away. Really can’t recommend enough! The only downside is that the bathrooms aren’t en suites, but they are private and directly opposite the hall from each room so it wasn’t a big deal at all- maybe just pack slippers :)

Breakfast was good. It’s definitely not a hotel that I was expecting. Just a b&b. Somehow it booked for one guest automatically and they charged extra for another guest, which is something I’ve never heard of before. I understand they usually charge for the third guest. Parking is also extra and pretty expensive. The host didn’t tell us anything about parking and charges. He asked us to park in the garage and we paid 25 euro for the night. When we checked in he told us actually it’s free on the street… I was so angry that he wouldn’t even tell us anything beforehand. Another place we stayed, the host found us a free parking spot, stood there and waited for us. The host/staff just didn’t care at all. So we ended up paying 20 for the extra guest, 25 for parking and 4 for city tax. While the room for the night was less than 100, so basically we paid more than half of the price extra… there’s definitely hotels nearby way cheaper and nicer than this b&b.

Location was perfect for us - a real neigborhood, many cafe, bakeries, nice big supermarket nearby, walking distance to the main shoping street. The building has historic vibe. The appartment was quiet and the bed comfortable. The adress is outside the trafic resrtiction zone ( ZTL) and can be reached easily with car. Double check the route, though, as our own car navigation kept recomending streets in ztl. -

-Easy location access with airport bus (stop is a few blocks from Casa Mo) -The host, Andrea, is extremely attentive and professional - he speaks ENGLISH well -the bedroom and bathroom were very clean, nothing to complain about -Comfortable bed and great working AC unit -Nicely served breakfast with options for everyone -Wifi worked very well -The bathroom is across the hallway, but was private to our room - being a small hotel, we never ran with other guests when crossing the hallway -Private ambience, tranquil Nothing negative to say!
