The host was very friendly and helpful. The room and the shared areas were clean and well equipped It is a little bit too far from the city center because Palermo public transport is quite chaotic.

The property was very good. The staff were very kind and helpfull i have been pocketed in the bus so the female staff brought me to the police station and she was waited for me! The breakfast i didn't try but the coffee was very tasty I highly reccomend this place Noisy location

Everything was very good. Host was very kind. Neighborhood is safe and close to the center, 10 minutes walking. We find free car park very close. Apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. The house keeper helped us for everything.

Comfortable bed, nice balcony, good air con. Found laundry charge very high at €7 wash and total of €15 if using dryer. We booked because there was a washer and didn't see it was chargeable. We struggled to find the key for lights.

Quite clean and simple central apartment with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Located next to the rail station. If you stay there, have some breakfast at "A merenda con rollei" "A Merenda con Rollei" https://maps.app.goo.gl/UuCDRtYp2vD3GsdX6. It is a beautiful place with great breakfast for little money. The area outside is very dirty and smells. But that's often the case in Palermo. Loud dogs barking in the neighbourhood.

The owner was very kind and friendly! We arrived late night but she came to explain everything and she was very nice. Everything is great except for the noise of car horns in the morning. However, when staying in Palermo, I think this is an unavoidable problem no matter which hotel you stay at! In any case, this hotel is well worth staying at, with easy access to the train station.

Veronica is super nice, a very pleasant and attentive host who makes things easy, always very appreciated while travelling. Our stay was comfortable, the place was very clean and the house is located at a very walkable distance from many spots.
