Hollywood Inn Palermo Rooms

Nice and friendly staff! Very overwhelming decoration in such a sinister building!

We were in a Spartacus room. Clean, spacious, balcony, everything you need! location is great! True Palermo! Bus and train station is 3/4 minutes walking distance, historical city center is very near! The common room is great with lots of things to see and use! Staff is unbelievable! Wonderful experience ? We would recommend it 100%

no one was preent when we arrived. fortuantely we had a working cell phone or there would have been no access to the building. also the elevator did not work and we hade to climb three flights of stairs (it was fixed the following day) location was more distant from the train station then the description indicated. mattress in the 1st of two rooms was well worn. the 2nd room was more spacious with a better mattress. bathrooms were spacious., moden and clean. good kitchen area with coffee and some limited food items were available. another absentee inn keeper. this and another similar experience has persuaded us to stick with hotels, no more B&B's unless it is clearly stated that the owner/operator is present. the owner has since replied with his/her own falsehoods. 1. No one ever met us at the guesthouse. We conducted business by phone. 2. The elevator was not fixed in 1 hour but not until the next day. 3. we were instructed that there would be a room change. we did not request it. Hopefully this disrepuable innkeeper will be out of business soon. we woulndn't think of going back. but then, we are simply evil. I have revised my review accordingly.

Easy (free) parking in the area. Walking distance to Palermo Centro Very friendly and helpfull via WhatsApp The concept of the rooms are special :D

The localisation is very good, close to the train stadion (350m) and to the city center. Our apartament was very clean, with comfortable, large bed. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Portion of fruit juices daily in the fridge :) The district wasn't totally safe. As a pair of girls, we didn't feel comfortable walking around in the evening. A lot of homeless imigrants accosting us or sleeping on pavements. The water under the shower wasn't warm enough, also in the room was quite cold during the night. The room could be renowated , because the paper horse is falling down from the wall ? it's not hard to see, that our Spartakus room has it's golden times far behind

Close to train station, clean room, friendly staff who agreed to change the date in our breakfast voucher as we left early in the morning. Sometimes the decoration of Napoleon scared is when it was dark ?.

It was a really nice room. The bed was comfortable, it was clean. Close to the city centre. Really recommend.

We received a room upgrade and the possibility to check in a bit earlier on the day of our arrival. The room was spacious and confortable, as well as nicely decorated. There was free coffee and snacks. We will be back! No complaints

Location, easy and comfortable self check in, freebies in the kitchen, breakfast, few options of the pillows, daily cleaning of the room - everything's great. The b&b is smaller than it looks from the pictures. The big photo of Napoleon that looks directly at you scared us everytime when opening the door ? other than that, everything's nice.

Amazing creativity of the hotel. The Napoleon room is incredible. As a feedback it would be also nice to have a bathroom in the waiting area/lobby

Clean and nice central room. The staff was super friendly. They offered additional juices and a home made limoncello (very good). We were really happy with the choice.

Clean, comfortable room in a good location (about a 10 minute walk from the main train station and bus terminal and 10-15 minutes from the historical centre of the city). There was a common area with a coffee machine and we were given vouchers to have breakfast at a nearby cafe. The owner was responsive to messages via WhatsApp. Nothing

Everything was great. Great location near the train station, ideal for catching early trains. Reception was fantastic, with free complimentary water, coffee, juice and other amenities at the kitchen that was open for our use. Breakfast is in a cafeteria nearby in the same block where we were very nicely treated and had good coffee and food. We stayed at the Spartacus themed room. Recommend it for stays at Palermo.

Room was spacious. Two floors of stairs and no elevator, building with an awful smell. The area of the property is also sketchy. Room was not very clean. Breakfast is simply 1 drink and 1 croissant (or 1 salty option) in a coffee at a short walk from the accommodation. There is no one from the property present all the time and we felt a bit pressured to align on a convenient time for the owners to be there and get the money of the extra bed, but then there was absolutely no reply when we asked about the check out.

Close to center, great host, nice & fun place

A nice clean, comfortable bed. Our room was the Spartacus themed room, with a nice little balcony and fun decor. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of goodies for us to indulge in. Our host left us a voucher for free breakfast and drinks, along with an easy self check in/check out policy. The only thing we had a hard time with was the climb to the 2nd floor with our luggage. The stairs are a little daunting and some of them were cracked or broken on the edges, the stairwell didn’t have lighting, so be very prepared to use a flashlight or your phone in the evening to see your way up.
