Fabulous Best rooms in town

location is very convenient — perfect for exploring the city on foot, with shops, restaurants, and major sights nearby. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was an ideal base for a quick visit to Palermo. Highly recommend! None

The cleanliness and the room was very good. The staff was excellent also. The parking situation was awful but it is Palermo -we didn’t know anything about the “blue line” since we hadn’t been to Sicily before. We had to have an attendant park the car -nobody should attempt driving around looking for a space. There aren’t any.

Very clean, friendly staff. Allowed us to store luggage. Walking distance to historic district, shopping.

Hotel Joli is in a great location and the 24-hour front desk staff was friendly. We appreciated their complimentary luggage storage post checkout. The drainage in the bathrooms needs improvement.

I absolutely loved the breakfast and how welcomed I felt by the staff. I was continually surprised by some new piece art or architectural detail of your building. Lastly the front desk staff was always very helpful when I had a question. I don’t think there was anything!

Everything is so lovely in this hotel. The staff is very welcoming, rooms are adorable and comfortable. The breakfast is great, very generous and with different things. The hotel is near to the historic center which is perfect for visits. I recommend strongly this place. Thank you for everything

Location was good. Bathroom was too small, breakfast was poor.

Great location in clean, quiet part of Palermo. Felt safe as a solo traveler. Walk to seaport or teatro. Beautiful art decor, good breakfast, warm and helpful staff. Good value!

Staff were easy to communicate with. Staff were helpful in setting alarms for wake-up as we had an early morning flight from Palermo. Staff were ready to give recommendations for places to visit and eat. Balcony was a nice added touch. Art is pervasive and adds a unique touch to every room and parlor. Small elevator was most likely shoe-horned into the existing structure. Extensive TV channel selection, but all in Italian. Bar was dark, even in the middle of the day. Not a lot of easy street parking options, even in the off season.

Nothing special It seems the hotel has a shortage of glasses.

It was a pretty building but that’s about all I can say. There were ants absolutely everywhere and in our bed. The shower head was broken, the AC barely worked. It was a good location, however the room was small, dirty, and run down. The shower was clogged and the room had ants everywhere. The hallways were dark - lights were motion activated and did not always work. The elevator only fit one person and was very old.

Staff was very helpful. Room was comfortable however there was not enough places to put our suitcases so we had to use the provided seating which left us no where to sit except on the bed. Shower floor was very slippery and the staff was so very accommodating in purchasing a bath mat for us to help with that. Room needs drawers for clothing. Very small lift for managing luggage. No drawers in room. No where to set luggage limiting room seating.

No way to keep out maid service. Went to front desk because maid came in without permission. Some of my medication went missing. I immediately went down stairs and told the desk and told her I didn’t want service. She stated okay. I left the next morning to go out and put all medication and personal stuff away because I had a feeling she would come in again. We returned to find that the maid did in fact come into our room with out permission again.
