comfortable, centrally located, very walkable, the apartment is spacious and comfortable. The host is very nice.

The hot water wasn't working when we arrived, so we couldn't take a shower. Our room had a glass door, so a lot of light came in. Every person who passed by would light the hallway and let in a lot of light. We couldn't sleep at all. We had two nights but only stayed one night.

Central location, clean, fast communication with host. Personally not much but some others should be aware hv to climb stairs one floor up.

The palace and the room was very nice, we had some trouble with hot water boiler, however staff promptly addressed the issue. We could leave our bags after check out time

Great location! Great staff Needs some maintenance, WC and shower broken (they worked but visually broken), humidity everywhere near the bathroom. Room not so clean. Specially shower and surroundings.

Good location. Attentive and friendly host. It’s a building full of history and beautiful surroundings. We were in a room really meant for a couple, not two friends. We had a roll-away bed and a regular bed so the room was a little cramped BUT there was a lot of space in the lounge at the property. Very comfortable.

The best part of the apartment was the central location. Very spacious apartment, with four individual bedrooms and four bathrooms. Located just off the busy street with many nice restaurants, bars and shops. Each room has got a small cooler and a coffee machine. The apartment could benefit from some updates. Given the price range, one would expect it to be in top condition, which unfortunately wasn’t the case. The renovation, likely done some years ago, appears to have been done cheaply, particularly in the bathrooms, which show noticeable wear. The kitchen was also under-equipped. Despite there being only four of us, we found there wasn’t enough crockery, and cooking was difficult due to the limited equipment. While the apartment does have a washing machine, it lacks a dishwasher, and the coffee machine in the kitchen was not functioning.

Location was amazing. Right in the centre of everything. Historic property beautiful conversion. Room and en-suite modern and stylish.

Great location. Close to everything. Michelle was very helpful. Layout is very strange. The bathroom was separate to the bedroom and needed to be unlocked every time. The bathroom was in a public area. The common area was spacious but rarely used. It was just a strange layout and inconvenient at times.

Staff was friendly and informative. - the room is not sound proof at all, very noisy during the night due to its location - no AC. Only a cooler fan which is very loud - bedding is uncomfortable to the skin - although I specified I was the only to to stay, I was charged 2 persons city tax

The location was very centric to most of Palermo's central attractions. It was steps away from "La Vucciria" market street (that's where that famous street dance party happens), plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping, churches, etc, withing a 15 min walk radius. Enrico, our host met us promptly and was very friendly. Will definitely stay there on our next visit to Palermo I guess the A/C wasn't cooling the room enough for us, but it wasn't a huge detrimental as we are experienced European travelers and we carry a portable fan with us to help us stay cool during the hot European nights!

Good location. Bathroom was right behind reception in common area. And the door could not be opened from the inside; meaning if my partner or I needed to use the bathroom we both needed to go and stand on the other side in order to let the other person ours

Im Stadtzentrum The bathroom and restroom are not located within the room, requiring access through a shared corridor, which is quite inconvenient and unsafe. The power outlets in the room do not function properly, limiting the use of the air conditioner, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee maker to just one device at a time. This essentially means that on a hot day, only the air conditioner can be used, leaving the others as mere decorations. There is no trash bin in the room!

Our stay was wonderful, and the bedroom was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, which made our experience enjoyable. The host was friendly and very helpful, even assisting us with parking our car in the street. Overall, it was a perfect stay in the heart of Palermo. There was an air conditioner in the room, but it was quite noisy.

We are truly grateful for all hospitality from Francesco side. He has been very helpful in every aspect of our journey. The localisation of the apartment was excellent to explore the city centre. We strongly recommend this place ? Nothing.
