Perfect location. The room was spacious and very classical Sicilian room with high ceilings. The bathroom though clean and in working order was down the hall from the room itself. We had our own key and were the only one with access. I understand that in old places like these it is part of its charm.

The host was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The evening before our arrival, he found out we were flying into Palermo and immediately sent us the bus schedule. The next morning, he let us know there would be a marathon taking place on the street and advised us on the best route to reach the apartment. The apartment exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect: almost in the city center, just a 15-minute walk to the main train station and 3 minutes to Teatro Massimo. The ceilings are incredibly high, the furniture is stylish and comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless and modern. Everything felt top-quality. The dining area is beautiful, and the apartment has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time there, and the next time I’m in Palermo, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Giorgio! I liked everything about the place.

No staff. Owner gave poor directions to the property. Towels like sand paper. NOISY outside all night, and inside water heater squaled. Not worth it. Most everything. Should be taken of Booking.com

Beautiful rooms, perfect location, friendly staff. The water heater started leaking, but it wasn’t anyone’s fault. Other than that, everything was great.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room had a lot of charm; very beautiful old aesthetic and a great location. I would definitely love to return for another stay :) thank you It would have been nice if the room included a breakfast although very happy with my stay

The location is more than excellent, super close to the historic centre and livliest part of Palermo. Mr. Giorgio is full of suggestions (about the food, markets, events...), very responsive and always available for any questions //

Giorgio is a very good host. makes you feel at home. I traveled a lot with 2 children. He was helpful even though I arrived early on the check-in day. He gave us information about the places we would visit. Thanks so much for everything! If we come again, I would definitely choose it again. Nothing

Beautiful old building, amazing grand high ceiling with real antique furniture. It’s right in the city center while still being quiet and tranquil. The room was big and spacious with a charming balcony and an en-suite bathroom for extra comfort. In the back, there is a parking lot where we could usually find a parking place although it is a metered paid street parking. (Only 1 euro/hour)

Location good Typical Airbnb arrangement with a remote host providing messages to allow you access. Bathroom not ensuite but along a shared corridor. Shower tiny and dirty. Bidet not fixed to floor! Breakfast disappointing

Location was great. Large room but beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and bath room facilities were poor(toilet didn't flush properly and shower was broken) Staff weren't very helpful.

the welcome was perfect and immediate. Staff really.helped us with searching out the best local food, directions to museums, and (cheap) taxi back to the airport-door to door. Beautiful high ceilings, centrally located with the crazy party crowd being a helpful 200m away. breakfast is fine at the establishment but do yourselves a favour and treat yourself to at least one breakfast in a proper Italian cafe, pastries to die for, great coffee and even a little grappa work wonders for the spirit.

Perfectly located B&B, literally 3mins away on foot from the liveliest part of the city. It’s beautifully arranged and spacious, makes you feel like you’re in a movie. Bed is also very big and comfy. The host, Giorgio, is pleasant, easy to communicate with. The private bathroom is separated from the room, but it’s connected to the room with a hallway that you share with one more room (their bathroom is also in that hallway), but it wasn’t a big deal.
