Handy for the train station. Was on the main road but the rooms were on the side so were quiet even had a small balcony.

The bed was comfortable, bedroom and bathroom were cleaned every day and staff members were polite and professional. I spent five full days (6 nights) in Palermo. I visited the famous monuments of the city and went on a couple of day trips using public transportation. I took the bus to Monreale and the train to Cefalù - both turned out to be very easy. Both towns are worth visiting. The central train station and the bus station are only a short walk away. The only flaw I found is not the hotel’s fault. The area is not the nicest in the city. It’s a bit run down. However, I didn’t have any problems and didn’t see anything to worry too much about. The positive side of the location is the easy access to public transportation.

We had a large quad room that was a suite, two bedrooms and a kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the TV was great with both YouTube and Netflix. The elevator could have been a little more comfortable.

Location, unit was an apartment (I expected a room) I thought that breakfast was included, but I was told when I arrived that reserving through booking.com doesn't include breakfast. However, they recommended Café Rosanero, only a few minutes walk, which was an excellent, yummy surprise.

Great place to stay close to the ferry in the chaos that is Palermo. Secure parking in front and not far from restaurants. Dog friendly.

Decent price, close to railway station, clean. They held my bag for a few hours after checkout. Didn’t realise breakfast was an extra charge of 8 euros per day for the stay - and I only had the breakfast 2 out of the 3 days I stayed due to departing early for an activity before breakfast started. Certainly not worth 8 euros for what is offered. Very basic at best. I would not have opted in for this if I had realised. Also quite walk from anything of note in the city, but the trade off is it’s near the railway station.
