Nice location and easy to find. Very friendly hosts. Nice and clean room with AirCon at 38 degrees was really welcoming. Breakfast with good coffee. I recommend to stay here. International guests. Breakfast was very sweet (no eggs, no cheese, etc) The lovely hosts were strict to time agreements. No flexibility.

The apartment is located a bit further from both the historic center and the newer part of town, but I chose it because it’s conveniently close to the train station. The hosts are a lovely couple who are very welcoming. They were also very accommodating and kindly allowed me to check in a little early. They didn’t speak English but it was ok. Though I wish I could’ve talked to them more. Breakfast was included in the booking, but from a biohacker health perspective it was a bit disappointing not to have a protein source such as eggs. That said, it seems to reflect the typical Italian breakfast style, which is usually centered around bread and other carbohydrates.

The owners were lovely and very helpful. The accommodations were roomy for three people. Bathroom was small. Location was within walking distance of the train and bus station. Noise level of location. Busy street.

Although we weren't facing the street, it was still kind of loud at night- people in the street shouting, etc.

It's a true B&B with the family living there.

Great, very quiet apartment, close to the center of Palermo. Room and bathroom were large and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. In 10-15 minutes walking you are in the center, and there are nice restaurants even closer. You can park 5 minutes away from the apartment freely on the street.

The B&B is very near the bus and train station and within walking distance of main streets Via Rome and Maqueda. The hosts Felippo and Camila are very caring. Camila is kind and lovely. I stayed in a big yellow bedroom, with private toilet, comfortable bed (there were two other single beds) , air conditioning and TV. Good breakfast. Everything was very good. I would just recommend to clean/get rid of the surface mold on the shower floor. The toilet was good, though.

We felt right at home; first of all for the hospitality and kindness of the host and then for the care and cleanliness of the rooms and the common space. We recommend it to everyone.

We stayed for 2 nights and were so grateful (humbled even) by how our hosts made us feel at home, with recommendations for places to visit and where to eat. They went above and beyond, even driving us to catch our ferry. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and we particularly enjoyed conversing with our hosts in our really bad Italian. In short it was a joy to stay with them. Would definitely recommend and hope to return someday. Nothing, everything was first class.

Cute little place. Hosts were very hospitable and helpful. They don’t speak much English but one speaks serviceable French, so we were able to communicate easily. No English TV but that’s a minor quibble.

Very authentic experience staying in a delightful family-run hotel in the heart of Palermo. Great, central location with-in easy walking distance to main attractions and restaurants in La Kalsa district. Free parking available on main street outside. Friendly, hospitable hosts - breakfast served by family matriarch around kitchen table. Generously sized room. Good value for money. We felt quite at home! Could not fault the experience.

Very nice welcoming staff, a romantic pretty place. Spacious room and clean pleasant bathroom. Great location near the Botanical Gardens, the Centrale Stazione and the sea. My bed was narrow and old.

Traditionally furnished rooms in wonderful old building close to Railway Station. On busy road but all 3 rooms are at back of property or overlooking central courtyard, so no problem with noise. Family atmosphere with charming and courteous hosts and extremely helpful in resolving a problem we had with parking. Lovely typical Sicilian hospitality and breakfast. Minutes away from many excellent restaurants in Garibaldi Area and walks along sea front.
