The staff was fantastic and took great care of us. Palermo is a rough town, and the hotel is located right by the docks so not the best part of town. If you stay there, watch yourself when you leave the hotel.

the staff was very friendly and helpfull the room was nicely done and the thermostat was easy use . our room had a very beautifal view of the port (wich is across from the hotel) and the check in service was easy the bed for me (kobe) was not that comfortable the outside location wasnt really clean but it was okay . our room was a little loud at night from the outside traffic . and the revolving door was a little broken/slow

Locality The property in under construction and is not close to being finished, this information is not shared on booking.com. The room ceiling was not finished. The room is extremely loud, even with being high floor, the street noise is easily heard.

It was close to the port and we were taking the overnight ferry back to Naples so it was nice to just walk over. N/A

Location was good . Felt safe Very dated /basic .Outside is very noisy from locals , cars and the shipping dock . Can’t open window because of noise and invasion of mosquitoes, I got bitten alive . Rooms were really hot/stuffy even though the con was on . Breakfast v average . Staff rarely restocked food or clear tables down . Hot in the rooftop and it’s only spring !

Very basic option. Room was not clean and was very noisy. No facilities to speak of. In a very unpleasant part of town. But all at hugely inflated prices. Would not choose to return.

It's a very good hotel by the beach, right next to the port and you can watch the ferry coming and going from the room. It's clean, quiet, the staff is attentive, the breakfast is great, it has a nice rooftop from where you can see the sea and the illuminated port very beautifully.

The view over the port from the restaurant/bar, watching the movement of the ferries and cruise ships, was fascinating. The buffet meals we had in the restaurant were very good Two comfortable chairs rather than the single 'desk' chair would have made the room perfect.

Very big room covers all your needs, spacy bathroom, tea/cofee in the room. Good and secure parking behind the hotel (the parking has about 35-38 places for cars and even in the night there were some of them free, Feb/2025/Friday). The breakfast on the 7th floor sala was very good. Close to the Teatro Politeama (~700m walking distance) and city center Little <dirty> place of the city (because on the main port) but it looks safe to walk in the night
