Comfortable. Good sound insulation from busy road. Easy to find next to ferry port. City centre easy 10-15 minute walk.

Everything was really good, clean, comfortable, 10 minutes walk to Palermo center just perfect, staff was lovely and empathic. Not applicable:-)

Great location. balcony and views across the harbour. lovely and clean. Host family are absolutely lovely. maybe a little less sugar at breakfast.

Breakfast is good, for the money that we paid. The location is opposite the port, a bit rundown, because the government not expending money on the city. Close to the old and new Palermo. Very close to restaurants and shops. Once you are inside the flat is really good. The owners are fantastic ladies, always ready to help in the morning, very clean and organised. Breakfast, too many sugary things, but of course most people love that! I am into healthier options. But, Mirian was very accommodated and brought fruta and savoury things for us. Thanks for that ?

Miriam and her mother were lovely. Lovely space, beautiful rooms - once you get inside. Very helpful with dinner recommendations. Communication upon arrival and parking were a bit of a challenge. Limited breakfast for non-pastry eaters. In a commercial building on a very busy street across from the port. Long walk to the historic city center. I would not have felt safe there late at night by myself.

Very good location. The family that runs the accommodation is extremely kind. We were with children, they were very patient with them.

The owner writes everything on watsap, how to get to the room, because he himself was not there. Located on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator. The room was as shown in the pictures. Our room also had a fridge, nice. We didn't use breakfast because we had planned early walks, but coffee or tea could be used at any time. There were extra blankets in the closet, nice. The location was not convenient as there is only one bus and it doesn't leave on time or come at all. The shower door should be washed more thoroughly or replaced.

That I didn?t book my entire stay in Palermo there and had to go to another location for three days that was more expensive and not nearly as good.

Friendly staff, good location, beautiful wiev, good price , delicious breakfast.

The location is about 15 minutes to walk from center, is nice if you like to walk and if is not raining. In our first day in Palermo, there was a storm and the street where the apartment is located was flooded, that water was over the ankles. Beside that, we had a problem with the hot water. We stayed three days and the problem was not fixed. The host was very kind, but even we were complaining every day about the problem with the water, the issue was not fixed. We were texting to the host on whatsapp, on booking on our second night but we didn't receive any answer, this was a bit disappointing for us. Also, we noticed on booking that someone who left before us, left the same review about the issue with water, so the host was aware about the problem, but nothing happened.
