Breakfast OK Location -poor Not ideal -roads area poorly surfaced & are a rabbit warren-couldn't find a real road. The district was low class & not for the elderly The place has been renovated along the lines of the 1970's hippi era in Bali. It was great then but we have out grown those days

The location was excellent and our host was very accommodating when we arrived quite late. We were travelling with another couple, meeting in Palermo. They arrived quite late but with our hostess’s help we received them so she would not have to come. The second room had a strange layout but it was not a problem,.

Rooms and livingroom were large and colorful. Breakfast was superb, with delicious pastries, fruits, toasts, cheese and yogourt. Location was in a lovely area of the old town, close to everything. A 10 min walk from train station. Lia was most helpful. The restaurant downstairs was a bit noisy on a saturday night.

Excellent location - central to all the main attractions. . Excellent breakfast with coffee, home made pastries and a great selection of fresh fruit and yogurts. An artistic house with paintings, decoration and a very cute cat! Some noises from the near-by restaurant during the night.

The whole apartment was really nice and clean. The living area was filled with many interesting local artworks and lots of interesting books/magazines about literature, travel and design. As for the location it was great because it is close to everything without being too busy. There are many nice places to go around! The room was a bit dark. Big but dark.

Central, clean and very nice and welcoming host. Quaint decor, loads of books and artistic handycrafts. Lift. Tasty breakfast. Plenty of services nearby, well communicated. Nothing comes to mind.

Had a lovely stay, rooms very clean and comfortable. Fresh towels supplied. Breakfast was good ,great coffee, enjoyed the fresh cakes. Location excellent, places of interest within walking distance and train station only a 10-15 minute walk. Good restuarants and bakery near by. Also a supermarket 5 minute walk away.

Lovely staff (including the cat!) very accommodating to specific needs and personal welcome. The bnb is very cute and beautifully decorated. Great breakfast with delicious homemade cake, fresh fruit and fresh pastries. Free parking about 10min walk at Foro Italico. Wish we could stay longer! Nothing

Nice breakfast, bed was comfortable, location close to everything only one window in the room and smells from downstairs kitchen went straight in… We had a early checkout and hotel employees didn’t helped with breakfast (it was included in the price)

The best was the breakfast! There are a lot of options, from sweet to savoury, fruit and yogurt. The best breakfast we had in Sicily in an apartment. The decoration of the apartment is quite unique and special. The room we got was clean, not very spacious but perfect for 2 people. The bed was comfy. The location is great, close to the train/bus station (we used it to go to the airport) and 10 min walking to the city center old town. We were able to leave our luggage the day of leaving for a few hours in the morning (only until 12 since the owner leaves the apartment) so we could visit the city without carrying the luggage everywhere. Lia could have given us some recommendations of places and restaurants to go. The room is above a restaurant with a terrace. It did not bother us but if you have trouble sleeping, keep in mind that they close around 11 pm and make some noise while reordering the chairs and tables. It is not a lot. The shower is very tiny.

Having stayed here the year before, which was lovely, I thought I would stay again. However I travelled with a friend. We were in a tiny room with. No air con as it was broken and waiting to be fixed. When we told the owner she just laughed. No joke when it’s 38 degrees. The breakfast was good but we had a daily reminder it was no later than 9.30 despite us being there well before this time each morning. She was not friendly and made you feel as if you were in the way. She asked us to vacate room early as engineer was coming to fix the air con on day of our departure. Very disappointed and will not stay here again. See above no air con she could have put us in another room it seemed we were the only ones there
