Great location in the city centre next to cafes and bars. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Fully-fledged breakfast is included. Comfy mattresses and pillows, clean room & bathroom. After check-out the host gifted us small souvenirs, it was really nice. Thank you for awesome memories from Palermo.

Great location, in the heart of the Kalsa district of Palermo. Good communication and advice on how to avoid car / parking fines.

Location is nice. Other than location, there is no positive impact. Hotel told us we cannot pay with credit card, they said we have to pay cash. They even told us if we do not pay cash we cannot stay. We did not agree and they sent us a 15 minutes of a walk place to pay with credit card. Not nice at all. It should be stated. Do not recommend. There are numerous hotels with this price in the area.

Location is good, if you like to be in the city centre. Very friendly staff. A bit complicated to get there, especially with a rental car. Parking is a nightmare in Palermo. Very noisy during night, when getting the room facing street. You cannot have window open.
