No real windows in the room (too high to see through), which feels a little claustrophobic, and no proper separation between toilets, shower and the rest of the room.
-
nice staff person; the room is up 3 flights of stairs ! and then the room itself had stairs to the shower and stairs down to the tv..too many stairs !!
-
Beautiful room in an excellent location.

clean, excellent location; helpful staff 3 flights of stairs...no lift; when I got my room there were more little stairs to the bathroom and down to the TV area ! not enticing for an elderly woman; first night I was there in my room another group were loudly celebrating a 40th birthday...nerds to be a sign requesting quiet..

The room was large and well appointed. I particularly liked the mural on the ceiling. The neighborhood was attractive and convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

It was in a plaza with restaurants and shopping just down the street. The buildings were fantastic. Who can resist chestnuts on an open fire? For seniors carrying luggage up three flights of stairs was hard and it would have been nice to be greeted by the property manager. We were left detailed instructions on how to get in but that was their process and it is very efficient.

Up to date facility. Spacious and comfortable, could easily stay for a week here as long as I didn't want to make food in the property (no kitchen). Wifi did not work. But I didn't email owner I was too busy being a tourist

The hotel was clean and nice and I can say I enjoyed my stay except for the last day because of the accident I had in the hotel. The only negative point besides my rare experience is that the hotel is on the third floor without an elevator and for me, it was a big deal as I had back pain but someone came down to help with my luggage. However, an accident happened to me and I think it is better for to someone be at the hotel 24 hours or at least be responsible. They are only in the hotel a few hours in the morning based on my 3 nights experience. My flight back was at 9 in the morning and I was packing my stuff when I noticed the safe box didn’t work. Lack of battery or technical issues. I only had a WhatsApp number and that’s it. Nobody answered me and based on my experience they showed up around 7-8 am which was late for my flight. You can Imagine my feelings whole the night. I messaged them on booking.com too. I cried whole the night and I was so nervous as my passport and all my money and documents were in the safe box. Finally I awaked a friend that I luckily met a day before and asked them to call the number they have in the booking.com. After several call finally someone answered and opened the safe box for me last minute but it was late and my only option to go to the airport was a taxi while I had plan to go to airport with train. I asked hotel to get a taxi for me which cost me €60. It was really out of my budget, and I thought the hotel would pay it as it was their fault, they just apologized for all my stress and hard times I had on my last day of vacation. I'm not sure what would happen if I didn't find someone to call them. I'm happy I got my flight after all but I would prefer the hotel to be more responsible.

AMAZING interiir. Could imagine how much was spent for that design. If not cheap furniture from Ikea, price of the rent could be much higher. What I disliked very much is that heating was off and the only way you can warm rhe room uo is noisy airconditiin. It burns oxygen and I did not sleep all the night. Location is perfect, staff is very helpful. Thank you, Palermo!

Too short! Having arrived late at night, I departed for Pozzallo early the next morning.
-
Location, decor, balconies over the square and ease of access. Door handles need tightened as one fell off in the bathroom.
-
Cute and atmospheric converted floor of the building. The doors felt a bit flimsy, but it was still very peaceful during my stay. The Wi-Fi was too slow to take a video call.
