Awesome location with super spacious rooms. Wifi never worked.

Fair value and nice staff. Bed was comfortable. Steep steps inside the entrance.

My stay here was wonderful. The ladies at the reception were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Communication was extremely easy and quick and I received responses to all my questions in a timely manner. The room itself was very spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. The included breakfast each morning was an added bonus and very enjoyable to sit in the piazza and enjoy! I had a great stay here. Nothing to report

Room was spacious and bathroom was nice. The room was hot and the AC never cooled anything after an hour. They said it was working and we just had to wait. We waited another 30 minutes and it still didn’t cool down so we left and got another hotel. We didn’t stay there.

Unmatched hospitality. Great location, walkable to all major attractions within the historical center of Palermo. Room is spacious, well maintained and very clean. The host is very hospitable and nice, respond to all inquiries in a timely manner, in addition to offer great recommendations on the local food scene and attractions! None to think of.

Room was spacious and comfortable. I found the room rather noisy at night with bars no two sides.

The shower door was broken but we just ended up not opening that side of the door.

It is close to the city center. Parking is challenging, but the staff gave us all the needed information before our arrival. They were really helpful.

The breakfast was continental, nothing of substance and across the street.

Large room, close to the center and the sea, near a park. The people at the check-in desk were very nice. Noise in the morning from the restaurant and shops below.

Great location. A bit tricky to find at first but very close to everything in old town. Comfy room. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast pass for Cafe right across the street was a nice treat.

Nice ample clean room, with cute balcony. Coffee, tea, fridge and toiletries, excellent location, attentive staff. Delicious breakfast across the park. Internet does not work at all, so not recommended for people that need to work.

Large room and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff and great location. The room was daily refreshed and refilled with toiletries- very good service!

Didn’t have extra toilet paper in the room and pigeons made a lot of noise in the morning.

I like the location. It is near the beach and also near the city center very convenient weather.

Everything was great. The host is friendly and helpful, also the staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Everything is close.

The friendliness of the staff and speed of responding. Close to train station and nice and quiet at night. Comfortable bed and clean. Heat during the winter and cold Spring days is much appreciated. Breakfast good at the local cafe. Cappuccino's are excellent!!
