Ai Tintori was perfectly situated in the historic centre of Palermo. The staff was very kind and helpful! The facility was clean, comfortable and safe. The bathroom was a little tight.

Great location and wwarm, welcoming staff! Nice cozy room as well. I don't think there's a breakfast option at the B&B or at least it wasn't mentioned. The neighbors staying on our floor were somewhat noisy. The internet was fairly slow (seems common in sicily though, perhaps nothing that can be done about it)

It involves many steps, but the staff helped us with our baggage. Is right in old town so expect activity at night.

The location is great and the staff is very helpful and nice! I saw there is also a common area with tables and a kitchen. The room was spacious and everything was very clean. If I had to say something, the bathroom is slightly old compared to other places.

Location was fabulous/ residence was clean and comfortable/ general community area was very nice STEP's prior to travel I asked if the "only steps were the ones I could see in the picture" and the reply was "yes only steps" I can see where this was a translation app issue (they replied yes only steps apparently meaning no elevator)but we were 3 ladies 60-68yrs and this apartment was on the 3rd floor which in Italy is really the 4th floor there were literally flight after flight of steps and for one of our group with asthma that was inflamed this meant we could not go in and out of the apartment we could only climb those steps once a day.

Excellent location in the historic centre and still near the sea. Although the location nearby pedestrian zone with bars and restaurants the street and the appartment was quiet. We appreciate the staff ready to help with navigation (especially when arriving by car) and with so called ZTL for entering historic zone by car. Also their recommendations about the interresting things in Palermo were great. Understanding the principle of ZTL in Palermo: we didn't understand that ZTL is only for one-time entry to the center at the beginning. We though that ZTL is needed for each day of the parking in the center. Also finding the right bar for breakfast was a bit pain, because the bar name couldn't be seen because of the stretched out shelters in the front of the bar.
