Great location. . Nothing really. Though note it’s up three flights of stairs. And no elevator.

This is a wonderfully creative and interesting place! You have your comfortable room, bathroom, and balcony - clean, a good size, lots of wardrobe space, shelving in the bathroom, and a comfortable bed and variety of pillows and blankets as needed. Beyond the room is a very large shared fantastic kitchen and couch and large balcony area - everything you could ever need to cook or prepare or store any food or drinks, and a large table to eat and perhaps share a meal with other interesting travelers and have wonderful conversations. A magical place, very much with a feeling of a home, full of interesting decor. The staff are extremely helpful and available and absolutely the best people. I would stay here again and again. We liked everything. The stairs up to the place may be a challenge if you have numerous heavy bags, take it slowly!

Amazing apartment, great room and strategic location

Great location, very nice kitchen and common area, very interesting artifacts from the old building, the room was comfortable and spacious. Linens were of a nice quality . Antonio was friendly, helpful, and made it incredibly easy to find the place and check ourselves in (pictures of everything along the way!) Be forewarned, there are 53 stairs! ( your legs will look great after your stay though)

Lots of memrobilia, quite funky... Large kitchen and dining area. The host was friendly and helpful. Lots of stairs to climb..will aid your fitness! I did struggle with the late night noise from nearby Vuccaria., Would return on a future trip.

The apartament was spacious and interesting - with a lot of different antiques. I loved that - all the things brought some charachter to the flat. There was everything that was needed and even some extra things - like washing mashine, coffee maker, tea and coffee. The communication with a host was excellent and quick. I kinda felt the vibe of Palermo in that flat - vibrant and cool, yet strangely tied to the tradition. Unlike the city though the flat was tidy and clean ;) -

The location was great.The balcony view on the street and sea was amazing. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. It is on the third floor without a lift. The common area was not very tidy and comfortable, the kitchen was not very clean.

The place itself, the location, people, food.. Palermo is amazing!

Excellent location, helpful staff, and everything you need. My only complaint is that my room would become a bit bright in the morning because there was a window without a shade.

Location is brilliant, stylish environment. We wish to have a bit more time to stay in Palermo, we definitely would be happy to come back here. Hot water is finishing very fast

Everything! Our room was much larger than expected, was well furnished, had its own kitchen and two small balconies with an attractive view onto the quiet, traditional residential street below. Large shared kitchen was a really welcoming space and very well equipped, providing everything you might need if you wanted to self cater. Location was great and surprisingly quiet given that it was close to a lively bar/ restaurant area. Excellent communication with host regarding the self check in procedure, gave us tips and recommendations and responded very quickly to any questions. Nothing to dislike - everything about it was great.

The location is excellent very close to the main attractions in the historical centre of the beautiful city. It is off the main road so very quiet at night. The apartment is full of character, lots of interesting things to look at and original features. A big kitchen you can use with a fridge to store your food. The apartment is up on the third floor so lots of steps to climb.
