The location was excellent and the facilities modern and clean. The elevator was very helpful for luggage. Stefano was incredibly kind and accommodating helping us through the electronic entry. We had trouble with the initial entry despite following instructions. Stefano was quickly responsive.

Location The bed was not comfortable. I don’t have back issues, but for me the bed was not good.

Quickly responding host, good breakfast selections, central location Wifi barely worked in the room, no ac so had to open window but it was very loud outside - hard to sleep. Uncomfortable shower.

The property was very clean, looked very new, breakfast was ok. Absolutely hated the three locked doors. Could not get back in one afternoon and had to ring the owner who gave me a code to get in. The whole process of trying everything, emailing him and finally ringing took at least three quarters of an hour. I was so scared that I did not go out for dinner that night but stayed in my room because I was so scared I’d be left standing on the street in the dark not knowing what to do. I was so scared.

Self check-in top! New style bedroom and bathroom gave us so much comfort, more than expected! No toilet paper recharge after first night.

The location of the B&B was excellent as it was positioned near shops, restaurants and the historic part of the city. It was a good size room and the staff were really helpful I did not like the automated entry system the worry of loosing phone signal or charge made me anxious about getting locked out. I prefer a key. Also there is no reasonably priced safe parking nearby you have to find street parking which took ages as the car parks are expensive
