The breakfast was only served between 8:30-10:30. We were often out before this time. Upon our arrival to the airport, we were asked if we still needed a ride. This was already arranged 2 weeks prior. Additionally, we were told the price would be $20 more than original quote! The first night we were there, our reserved room was given to another guest! This was an inconvenience as it affected our plans in the morning and settling in twice when they switched our room the next day. They never offered a reimbursement for the inconvenience of the smaller room for the first night! The manager never addressed this issue with me even after I asked to speak with them about it the next day! We were only pressed about paying the “taxes” upon arrival! That seemed to be more important than our room being changed without our consent! In addition, the sheets were not changed every 3 days as advertised. Also, the AC was turned off in the room during the day and didn’t cool off until the next morning. The bathrooms were extremely hot and uncomfortable all the time! The curbs outside are full of glass and garbage, causing us to get a flat tire on our rental car!

1. Staff members were very nice and polite. 2. Location of the property is very good- excellent. First of all, there were workers on the exterior part of the building, including our terrace, so we had an early morning wake up ( and we came on vacation ???). The breakfast ?… There were only sweat things, I know that is Italy but, come on… And the toilet is separate from the room ?( on the Fotos of the room that wasn’t a case).

Near from everything. Very quiet and cosy. You can have a bath in the sea before the breakfast in the lovely garden. Our hostess was very caring. A charming place to stay.

Exceptional

The location. Also Dario was very communicative and provided info on the city. Beds, linen and the room were clean. The place seemed freshly painted. It had the bathroom outside the room which we knew, but it was a bit far and it smelled bad. The fan should be working all day to eliminate the smell. There were only 4 sachets of shower gel for 4 people on a 2 night stay. Also there were only two small toilet papers for the whole stay and the toilet and the room were not cleaned on the second day. They clean and change towels every 4 days which is not mentioned in the description. The balcony was VERY dirty and a part of the floor under the balcony door was missing. In the closet there were some (used?) old blankets. Breakfast was poor. The remaining apple pie was served on the second day.

A great central location, not too noisy though. I enjoyed the possibility to reach all my desired destinations by feet. The facilities are very nice, clean, really nothing to complain about. Amazing hosts, always reachable via WhatsApp and willing to help. The facade of the building is under construction which didn't spoil the quality of my stay as such as it wasn't noisy during my time, but did prohibit me from enjoying the nice balcony.

The Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location was relatively close (6 min walk from the Teatro Massimo) I could leave my luggage past the checkout time. The Hotel was under construction for a while before I booked my reservation. no indication on Booking.com regarding that. The room was Dark due to the Scaffolding and the access to the Balcony was blocked. My cancellation was declined and no compensation was offered by the Hotel.

Very comfortable stay experience, from the door to check in very fast, let a person experience very good
