Clean facility The bathroom had no bidet The shower was microscopic, I could not enter it, I had to squeeze my belly.... I am fat but man... That was small... And inside the shower I could not stay normally, my shoulders would not fit The bed was super bad, it broke my back The noise of other rooms and road was incredible until very late (2am)

Staff are nice : Etrio was available to answer any question by whatsap, he responded quickly and always tried to help. Room super clean : bathroom and bedroom were very clean. Great location : in the center , close to the beach and historical center Its not a hotel : no reception . You have someone who comes to do the checkin , thats it. Make sure you communicate your arrival time.

It was clean and central and the staff were friendly and helpful There was a dining area but no access to a sink when making coffee.

Cleaning was well done. There was a power outage in the evening. I called the owner 4 times but she didn't answer. Of course the air conditioner didn't work and I couldn't take a shower. I had to sleep all night drenched in sweat.

Location, location, location. Less than five minutes from Teatro Massimo and Il Capo Market! Less than 10 minutes to the Cathedral, the Puppet theatre, Saint Caterina's and the 806 bus to Mondello Beach. The Air Conditioning was strong (this is vital in Palermo!) And the bed was very comfortable. Free wifi was great too! There's nothing I didn't like. For the price charged, you cannot do better than this. However, while you do have your own bathroom, it is not attached to your bed room, so you need to be prepared to (briefly) cross a public hallway every time you need to use it. That said, it is still your private bathroom, you do not have to share it.

The apartment is perfectly situated, just outside of the old City. It is very clean, my room was very spacious and very comfortable. Paola is very friendly and helpful and made good early contact with me as soon as l had booked. My flight got me in early enough for a face to face check in, so everything went smoothly. Very little. The annex bathrooms are not as good as an en-suite, obviously, but you do have your very own one, with your own key to secure it. It is a common practice for B&Bs/ Guest apartments in the larger, more built-up cities in Italy to have this system and in fairness, it's not a secret. You know when you book that this is the setup here, so no real complaints at all.
