La Terrazza Palace

Everyone on staff was lovely, very welcoming. The breakfast room is big, well stocked and on the terrazzo so it's nice and bright. You can sit inside or outside. I arrived early to drop off my luggage and they told me to help myself to breakfast and they would put my bag in my room when it was ready. The room was huge, with water and a coffee maker. Location is close to the big shopping streets. The rooms overlook a parking lot which could get a little loud once or twice, but it did settle down so it wasn't a problem.

The location is incredible, and there is parking right behind the building which was ideal for us with a car rental. It’s a no frills place, and has everything you need for a night or two. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. We will def stay here again next time we’re in Palermo. We don’t care, but if you’re looking for a high end 4-5 star hotel, look elsewhere.

Angelo and Antinino were excellent, and they even arranged a late pickup at the airport and walked us into the accommodation, then checked us in. We loved the hospitality and advice. Without a doubt, we would stay there again.

Superb

I enjoyed the location as it was very close to my conference venue and not very far from the centre. The room was quiet and the facilities were OK. I had a spacious terrace which I was unable to use due to my busy programme in Palermo. There was a problem with the lock. I was unable to lock the room from inside, it was not working. It needs mending. Breakfasts need some more alterations as my 4 breakfasts at La Terrazza Palace were identical.

Excellent location, close to the centre of town. Initial impression is not the best. The road outside isn't very nice but once you turn the corner all is well.

We liked the location, the staff were extremely helpful and gave us an early check in and room upgrade. We couldn’t fault it. The minibar prices were amazingly good value. We have no negative comments about our stay

The place is located very close to the center, I could just walk everywhere, which was convenient. The room was spacious, clean & modern, bed was super comfy. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace. Giovanni and the staff were very helpful, going above and beyond to accomodate any request, which is greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again in Palermo.

+ Location of the place was perfect, can be walked to the center in 15 mins. + Easy to find Parking place around for car. + Easy to access. + Breakfast was good enough especially coffee was high quality.

Good location, clean good size room Bed was a bit too firm.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Large room with good facilities. Staff welcoming upon arrival. Not too far from plenty of attractions and lots of restaurants. Carrying the cases up 2 flights of stairs but we had read about that.

Great location, in the core center of Palermo. We could visit all the town walking and it was easy to access. It was comfortable and clean, with a nice breakfast on a terrace! Nice staff and welcoming

The location was great to explore the city. The breakfast was fine and the room comfortable. Whereas the location was great for exploring, our overall impression of immediate area was not good. The area was dirty, litter on streets, run down , just a general feeling of unkept.
