Hyatt Place Melbourne / Palm Bay / I-95

Everything about this place. It was spot on every time I come to visit my girlfriend. This is where I always stay. No expensive deposits, nice location all around. Great place to stay. If you need a hotel room.

Front desk staff

We are thinking of relocating to the Palm Bay area and needed 1 nite in Palm Bay. We used Expedia from our phone to see what was available. There was a deal online but upon asking the desk clerk for the same rate, she replied the hotel does NOT rate match. We showed her the rate on the phone but she refused. So we booked it on the phone and showed it to her. Then she got the reservation into her system and checked us in. A near $60 difference between 'rackrate' and booked rate is real money. Why did her (or the property owner) force us to do this? Other than that, everything else was fine. We'll stay there again on our next trip but will make sure we book online.

Hotel was in good condition, staff was very friendly. There is a mini bar in the lobby run by the receptionist and the prices were decent but the selection could be better and in stocked. Room was clean however there was a roach that we killed but reviewing the room there was no other inside nor any other issues. Parking was $10 a day per vehicle (should not have to pay for that but it is what it is).

The motel was more than what we were looking for when I booked I did not expect it to be so wonderful we had absolutely no problem The dryer didn't work well so we had to go to the Laundromat
