I would’ve given it a five star if they would’ve accommodate me for the room that I had asked for.

Sheets had been so heavily bleached that they were extremely irritating and itchy. Could not sleep on them at all. Had to sleep on the pullout couch in the room.

Only minimal drawback is the lack of an in-room safe - but there is one available at the front desk.

Clean Room

Our room was great, the beds were comfortable. The gym was more than adequate. Loved all of the space in our room.

Absolutely zero complaints about the property or the staff. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The beds were quite comfortable and there was every other day housekeeping for fresh towels and trash removal. The only concern, and it was small but noteworthy, is how unprepared they were for an influx of guests. Our stay coincided with freshman orientation at a local university and the hotel was booked. It seems like an event they could have anticipated. Check in was at 3. We arrived at 5:30 and they still needed additional time to get our room ready. However, once we were finally able to check in it was smooth sailing.
