Everything was perfect

The room has what appears to be a kitchen; however, it is not stocked like a kitchen. Having a small stove top or toaster oven and some additional supplies would have been helpful.

The cleanliness of the property! I loved the infinity pool was off limits for kids and in a totally separate area on the property!!! No wash clothes in the room. But was a quick fix with a phone call to housekeeping !

Property was a close walk to all the fun. The beach they offer is small. We opted for other options. They were always cleaning and making sure it looked good. Lots of maintenance and noise through the week we were there. Seemed like something was always going on. It got quite noisy.

The bus to the beach was never available, they said it only ran every 30 minutes. Deeply disappointed there was no balcony upon arrival. the $1,200 extra to have a balcony with sea view turned out to be a view of the construction site.

Look no further! Perfect spot for walking to stores and restaurants and the beach is a 3 min walk across the road. There’s a private adult infinity pool. The other pool is huge! With shade spots! They don’t charge extra for the privacy spots at pools. The staff was on point! Nice and Santos was very helpful and informative! It was quiet and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Beautiful property! I took a ton of pictures! There’s food and a gift shop on the property and you get free water and coffee every day! Best drinks ever!!! We were treated like Royalty the entire week! Truly Paradise! It was easy to rent a jeep and get cabs too for more shopping or to go to the ruins! Thank you to Santos, Dondre’ and Ticiana. I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property. The balcony outside was dirty and there was hair everywhere. I guess someone cut their hair out there. And there was some black hair inside too. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. But overall I’d pick this property again!

The rooms were basic but modern, beds very comfortable, and entire suite was extremely clean!! Beach, shopping, and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is walking distance or you can take the hotel transportation. The adult pool area has an infinity pool with a bar and kitchen. Lastly but certainly not the least, the staff were amazing!! Everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating. It must be the island vibe because everyone was happy and friendly!! We will definitely be back to Radisson Blu! My only tiny complaint, (which is insignificant) is that no one was able to exchange for smaller bills. The restaurants, shops, or front desk. We made due. It did not affect our trip.

Location was not as close to the beach as the pictures indicate but not a far walk. Adult roof top pool are was lovely.

This was one of the top hotels I’ve been to! Such a gorgeous place with lovely staff.

very clean, new, good amenities, walking distance to beach. nice staff. had a kitchen, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen dining table. great balcony. adult pool and kids pool, family pool. bars by pool. convenient to all bars and restaurants in palm beach. you need a rental car to go elsewhere really. hard to get cabs to eagle beach. bar did not a blender so no tropical drinks. the kitchen does not have a toaster or regular coffee maker. the fridge is ok but not very big and does not stay so cold but there is a freezer which was nice. the driver to the beach only takes five people once an hour. it is walkable. problem is if you are not there by 8 am there will be no chairs all day at the beach. farther down you can rent chairs. needs a toaster and could use maybe an air fryer since there is no stove but a kitchen. would be amazing if they got either a general laundry room or just small washer dryer in room.

Spacious suite, conveniently close to everything- beach, restaurants, entertainment The pool towel system-cumbersome and a bit stressful. If your kids leave their towel on the beach, or someone takes it by mistake, the hotel will charge you $25

The room has very good space for family of 4 Be ready to hike at 7am to the beach and then play Hunger Games for just a few awful beach with horrible umbrellas right by the entrance to the beach. The staff is flat-out rude, (and I mean All of the front desk people) I guess dealing with pissed of customers all the time made this way. and the cherry of top, upon checkout they wanted to charge me for towels that I apparently took and never returned. Seriously? I've never felt so falsely accused at a hotel? What a joke! This place will stress you out more than it relaxes you. Stay away!!!

Nice room with ocean view and balcony. Perfect location in tourist area. The sliding door to the balcony was difficult to open and required significant force to push and pull. The air conditioning was locked and could not be turned off.
