The room was never mopped the floor was dirty. My bathroom was never swept or mopped. There was hair already in the tub and on the bathroom floor. The hair dryer had cracks in it so I never used it but needed to . The shower curtain was to small and had rips in it at the top.

The check in felt rush even though I was the only one. The property is in a great location and that about the only good thing and the fact that instead of carper they have floor. House keeping open my door at 10am after i yelp no when they knock, check out is a 12 and I was there for 1 night so i am not sure why they did that. They bathroom is as old as you can imagine and looks no so clean so i will go back to the hilton next doos

Old facility from the 1960s or 1979s. It's been updated with modern amenities and feel. The king suite room is very big. There is musty mildew smells in various areas. Most rooms are accessed directly from outside. Staff is friendly. A bit overpriced for what you get but they try to put on a good image.

Although the hotel is old, they have done a good job of updating the lobby and the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast that was included was very nice.. We will stay again if we are in the area.

we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the facility was. breakfast was good, and considering we had to leave early fo graduation, thrilled that it opened so early! everything was just a very nice experience!

Very nice hotel!! It’s SUPER close to everything (target is literally next door) really enjoyed it, we will definitely be staying again when we come to West Palm Beach!

AMAZING, great location close to restaurants, stores, and mall, the pool area is well maintained, courtyard with plenty of seating and relaxing area, the breakfast was great not the normal free breakfast, great customer service in all areas, very clean rooms. We travel to the area often and will definitely be returning to this location.

Perfect for our one night stay prior to our cruise. Room was clean, breakfast was great, and convenient to stores within walking distance.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. There are no elevators so be sure to ask for a ground floor room if you can't do stairs, they were very accommodating of my husband's disability.
