Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham West Palm Beach Airport

It was such a nice stay. Probably one of the most cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at. Most staff were friendly. Loved the complimentary breakfast. We didn’t do happy hour but it seemed nice. They also have a bingo night and cookies at the front desk which was nice. Everything worked well. The pool was great too except another family had gotten it gross after bringing food and having pieces float around. Ew.

The staff is excellent and the hotel is really clean and everyone is very accommodating and helpful.

Overall property, breakfast area and room were all clean. Front desk and kitchen staff were GREAT.

Check in was fast and easy! Location was great as it is right off I-95 and there is a light to get in and out from the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the room layout (we had a 2 Queen/1King suit). Beds were comfy and the bathroom was a great size. Breakfast was also nice. TIP: there are no ice machines, but if you ask for ice at the front desk, they will give you a bag or ice for your freezer. The only complaint was our conditioner bottle was empty and the water pressure in the shower was very week. I think partly because the shower head was so high up it might have affected it some. For a girl with curly thick hair, it took me forever just to rinse the shampoo out. Also: be aware if you are traveling with an elderly person or a small child, the beds are rather high, it was difficult for my mom to get into the bed. My husband and I didn't have any issues though.

I like the closeness to a main road. The rooms look like they need updating. Dishwasher would get full of water as if the sink was draining into it after bringing up the first day it was fixed but it happened again it was brought up again no one fixed it and our room didn’t get cleaned garbage still in room when we came back from an all day conference to find no one came to clean. Disappointing when we paid over a 1,000.00 for 3 day stay.

Great stay - was there for a golf tournament and travel was easy with lots for food and grocery options around!

Clean, big rooms, breakfast was good. Bartender was very attentive and fun to talk to

They charged me for an extra room that I did not stay in. I payed for 3 night in a room that I had extended the stay. The original one night somehow did not get canceled and they charged me for it. Also and refused to refund it even though we weren’t in that room. Convenient location, but will never stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay. We had lots of space, great location, and fun to have a bar on site as well.
