Looking at escalation path, to involve a proper authority supervising this operator. Quite a waste of many hours, frustrating experience and being out of pocket for several grands - to summarise my experience so far.

Friendly staff and great selection of good quality food

The physical property was beautiful. The management staff.
-
Very friendly great staff beautiful beach my room, I needed a double room and we got moved to a room where the shower didn’t work properly and ac wasn’t working properly. and had a very very bad smell in the room.

All inclusive was excellent. Requested a partial ocean view. Ed were on the 2nd floor and looked out to a wall. If you looked up you could see the sky. Also setting reservations up I requested, as you do for most reservations, one room. Found out when we arrived it was for one person . We paid over more than double of what we thought we were going to pay. Very upset with booking.com.

The food and drinks were pretty good. Riu Palace Aruba and Antillas has a buffet style restaurant for breakfast lunch dinner that has lot of options (less for vegetarians). The dine in restaurant Milano queue is long and you have to line up 45min before 6pm for first come first serve. Krystal and Sayuri are not that great for dine in. Internet wifi very patchy and there was a day where for 2hours I had to keep chasing staff to fix internet, phone and other issues in my room. Reception desk staff not very cordial. Made me wait 10mins beyond check in time without apology.

The hotel was bare bones and expensive. The amenities were minimal. I felt like I was on a very bad

Everything Nothing in general

The room service selections were repetitive and not entirely tasty.....the buffet and surrounding restaurants did not allow delivery to the room nor could you take back food to eat in the privacy and comfort of your room.....however when you pay so much money for the all inclusive package .....either the room service should be so phenomenal you don't care about bringing food from other places to your room or .....the resort should allow you to bring the food you already paid for in the package to be brought to your room at your convenience......also there weren't many juice options in the mini bar in the room ....just a lot of soda and some water .....the beach was beautiful but it did need to be cleaned up a bit more .....cigarette butts and plastic cups ruin the experience significantly....the rooms should be separated by smoking and non-smoking because my neighbors smoked like chimneys on their adjacent balcony which (although it was blocked from our own by a pretty high wall) still permeated the air horribly

Clean and very centrally located. Beach was nice too A bit to open in the middle so winds really blow you off Not enough beach chairs No beach service. You had to get your drinks yourself. Food is forbidden on the beach unfortunately

The food was great. I loved the towel decoration the housekeeper did every day. Also very clean. The service was great even in the buffet area.
-
Excellent staff every everybody was kind and smart. The place was always being cleaned. The food was decent for an all-inclusive. It was a very good value. The Wi-Fi was awful and if you need a room with the bath tub go somewhere else

Perfect Perfect

I enjoyed the fact that there was such a great variety of good and tasty food. My children enjoyed the place We everyone goes to eat buffet style, there were no hand sanitizers near by for people to clean their hands before serving themselves. Also that some nights we were not able to get into some of the restaurants because they were full.
