Great staff and loved having the shuttle available to take us places if needed.

The staff were truly some of the most amazing people I’ve encountered, and their kindness and professionalism stood out. However, I was disappointed with the hotel itself, as the cleanliness did not meet the standard I’m accustomed to. I regularly stay at the Deerfield location and always have an excellent experience, so this was unexpected.Additionally, there did not appear to be enough staff, and the lack of room service is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. While the team members on site were wonderful, the overall service offering fell short.

The staff is outstanding!! We left behind an important item that we needed to complete the rest of our vacation, didn’t realize we left it behind until we were already on the Gulf coast for the rest of our vacation. I immediately contacted the front desk, they and housekeeping were able to locate the item and package up for us. I emailed a fed ex label for shipping and contacted Fed Ex for a pickup and overnight delivery !!! Thank you to everyone at Doubletree that made it easy to get our lost item returned to us.

The staff were communicative and amazing. My flight was significantly delayed and they held my room for meand checked in on me. The hot tub and pool were so nice. My favorite was the lounge bar. Good food and good drinks.

I’ve been staying at this hotel since the when it was a Holiday Inn. In 1984 and 2004 I booked it for my 10 year and 20 year high school reunions. By 2001, it was where I stayed for my wedding night. I doubt we will ever stay again - the room was moist and damp smelling - couldn’t wait to checkout from our once night stay.

The rooms were dated however hey we’re clean and well air conditioned. I love that it was close to I-95 and many places to shop.

Otherwise, beautiful stay. Well kept pool and garden area. Lots of private areas to chill by. Staff was great. Rooms were updated. Bed was comfy. Ambiance was cool. I did not eat at restaurant or bar but it looked nice.

My visit started off with a non-functional toilet. The front desk representative was swift to switch my room.

Good clean rooms. I may stay at this hotel again in the future.

The room we had smelled extremely musky and the bedding was dirty. My wife and I had to spray Lysol everywhere, and wipe down the desk and bathroom. However I would not recommend this property to anyone for 200 dollars a night. It was horrible

Friendly staff great pool and the room was great. The only thing that would have been better is that the ice machine was in building b and we were in building c.

I had a great stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable, and their thoughtful customer service was greatly appreciated. The hotel was clean, convenient, and provided excellent value. I would definitely stay here again.

Room felt damp, even wet, all the time. Something definitely wrong there. Was not provided enough bath towels. front desk staff was not the friendliest when checking in nor helpful when checking out.

My stay at the Doubletree was amazing from the front desk. Receptionist ocean was very exceptional. She made sure to check me in and to get everything ready for me in my room. My room was very well cleaned didn’t have any problems and I enjoyed my balcony view. The breakfast was amazing as well. I will definitely come back and stay here 10 out of 10.

Property was well kept, easy check in, friendly staff, good parking, security. Only thing was we were freezing and did not have any heavy bedding. Bed was comfy but cold all night. Other hotels have blankets in the closet. Also, the desk had no notepad. We usually jot things down so we don’t forget things behind and line to leave a thank you note to the house keeping staff. No pen. And no bible.
