⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were nice, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was perfect. The customer service really stood out to us. Everyone was friendly and professional and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt like we received great value for our money. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we're in the Palm Beach area. I highly recommend this Marriott to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay!

This is a mid level Marriott. It’s fine. The m club is nice enough but not sure worth the extra cost. It also wasn’t as well stocked as I’d have expected. And the $12 nightly parking charge is simply ludicrous. And it wasn’t shared beforehand. I would not pay $200+ a night to stay here again, it’s in the $120-150 price range, especially with the parking charge. I was there for a few nights and the soap and water were not replenished. Odd.

2. The drinking water offered in the lobby was unfiltered. Tasted like it came from the lake. OMG. Come on! 3. Room service dishes and tray were not removed from the room. I came back to the room late. No bath mat, dirty room service dishes in room. Terrible. This hotel is awful. Marriott you need to do so much better than this. I doubt I’ll stay at any Marriott again. And I’ll likely sell the stock in the company I own.
