Location was great, food was great, staff were the BEST! The beds were not good, one bed sloped down to the side and my husband struggled to not fall off it every night.

For the price, we didn’t think it was worth it. Plus you have to make reservations to have dinner at the restaurants which can’t accommodate half of the amount of guests.

Unfortunately disappointed. I was in room 2102 and I found a sandal plus other staff under my bed…. That make us very upset! The problems in the beach Not enough places to rest… and before 6pm all have to be pick up no chance to relax with the sunset.

Barcelo was right in a perfect location. It was directly on the beach. It was walkable to shops and other beaches. The royal level is worth the upgrade. Nothing. We will be back.

Location The fact that you could not get a drink at the red bar on beach as it was a long wait for service or a long walk. The bar should be open to all

How close the room was to the elevator and the omelets at breakfast . For the price there was not any top shelve tequila. No top shelve at all actually.

The beach, pool and italian resturant on the resort was my favorite. Being on a all inclusive was definitely a plus. The area was very nice and the clubs were close by. However, the staff was exceptional and always friend and willing to help. I will surely be back. The buffet food was cold most of the time unless you ordered from the grill. The seafood dinner we made reservations for was not very good with limited varity.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a leak from fom the fire sprinkler system in the wall outside our room into our closet. Someone came to the room right away and we were moved to a room across the hall with a better view within an hour. The food was just okay. We mostly ate out but still felt we got our money's worth with drinks and service.

Loved the location and staff. Robert and the bartenders were so much fun I didnt dining outside with the iguanas :)
