Location good Room service steals, your money if you leave it in the room

Very family friendly and all the staff were great and everyone greeted you.

I like that it was super clean. They had amenities in the spa was great. The gym was great the casino. The beach was wonderful. The bar outside is great. The staff that works at the Starbucks they’re horrible. They don’t listen. They mess up your order and they have a nasty attitude.

Location

The. Room, bathroom closer were spacious and clean. The Tradewinds dining room food was mostly very good. The option of the adult pool was great and the beach was beautiful. Will definitely come again. Like I mentioned the food at Tradewinds was very good with a few exceptions but that is just my preference for some of the selections.

The room and view was more beautiful than I expected when I booked the trip. The property was beautifully landscaped and very clean. N/A

Beach and location are great. Staff is friendly and professional. Our room overlooks the pumps and filters for the pool area by the gym. If the noise can not be reduced perhaps a decorative mesh netting could be suspended over the system to mitigate the eyesore. On the third day we received a note indicating they weren't able to clean our room because the privacy please sign had been displayed. The note was intended for room 603 not 303 so I called house keeping to let them know. Ironically that was the last time our room was cleaned timely. I needed to call each day thereafter and twice, even after the call no one came. I am not sure who actually cleaned the room because someone different came with each call and on the last evening the women who could not speak English seemed to be saying she just couldn't get all the rooms cleaned. She indicated this by wiping her forehead and holding her hands up in frustration.

Beach Umbrella Rental Lady was rude and inconsistent. We only needed a couple of chairs for a couple hours in the morning before departing for example. The entire beach was empty. She gives us a chair behind a pile of garbage cans and old chairs with no view of the ocean. Just totally obnoxious lady. For $4000 for three days, I deserve a stinking chair. Please. Get a new policy and staff for beach access. I don't want to have to "log into a website at 8am either" just give people chairs First come first serve. Only leave a few for reservations only. Simple logic.

Beautiful beach, friendly service, good food, clean resort, easy access to other locations on the island. Room was not as big as we're used to from other caribbean or Mexican destinations. Prices of food and alcohol were higher than in Manhattan.

The hotel is clean and updated. The staff is mediocre. I would say accommodating but not warm and welcoming...I've stayed at other properties where the service contributed to a more pleasant experience. Although the hotel is close to shopping and restaurants, I wouldn't say it's walkable. Thankfully we had a rental car. The pools and beach are lovely. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There's more middle aged guests with a few families and younger couples sprinkled in. If you're looking for a more upbeat vibe, this isn't it. It's nice but I try another property if I'd visit Aruba again.

Clean and comfy Everything close early

Nice hotel if you like large resorts. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby/bar nicley done with an open modern feel. The newly renovated room was spacious and nicley decorated in a modern but quiet feel. The entire property was well maintained and had beautul landscaping. The beds were not as comfortable as I would have expected. The beach too crowded and not exclusive enough for my liking. Main pool too busy for me. Water in front of resort too busy with boats and water sports and not as clear as other parts of the island.

Property was beautiful. Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. Beach was very nice. Couch in room was not comfortable to sit on.

Beach was calm and water was warm. Palapas were great for shade. nice having beach towels available. nothing.

The beach and pool areas were great except the bar at the adult pool never opens and there should b an outdoor seating area for night drinks outside of lobby bar they have the space and put one conversation set should have lights and more seats The room I booked I did not get upon check in was told they could not accommodate that room and they would give me a $75 a day credit I booked a premium ocean view and received prob one of the oldest rooms rug hadn’t been cleaned in years tub pealing it’s coating bathroom was painted over wet wall spots and ceiling no had mold towel rack would fall off if u removed towel both my daughter and I have bites on legs and torso not sure if from room I checked bed for bed bugs didn’t see any view was of trash cover roof but did see ocean in the distance at least staff didn’t go out of their way at all to accommodate to help with really anything except the beach guys
