Nice hotel- convenient location for a family gathering. The rooms are a nice size and I love full size bottles of shampoo and soap. The air conditioning worked great. I had a huge cockroach in the shower curtain with me for the first shower- shocker- but that was the only one I saw. They are hard to get rid of in the desert I know! The exercise room was clean and nice, but super small. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. I always appreciate free convenient parking as well. I would stay here again.

Good location, nice and clean property. The only thing wasnt great was the air conditioner. We rented two rooms on 3rd floor. It wasnt too hot outside when we stayed there. Outdoor temp was about 90 degrees. We could not lower temp on thermostat lower than 69 degrees but temp stayed at 75 and room felt stuffy. We called fromt desk and they asked us to reset ac unit and to call back if it doesnt work and they would switch our room. It was late and we just went to bed. Other than that everything else was great. Pool is so nice. Perfect temp.

Room was comfortable, but a bit dated. There was some candy pieces left on the floor in the room near the balcony. A bit dusty in a few places. Elevator is slow and a bit wobbly. There was a power outage that lasted a few minutes. This happened in the morning so I couldn't tell it was specific to the hotel or the surrounding area. I didn't get the chance to try the other amenities. Close by to food and about a 15 minute drive to Acrisure arena.

Yeah, the moment we walked in to our reservation my family felt that we made the right choice to book our night at this property. The Front Desk Agent right away knew why we had traveled to Palm Desert for leisure. We drove into town from San Diego for a concert so the amenities on site were perfect for this short stay; the fitness center is functional, the pool is big, and the breakfast lady deserves all the gratuity we can give her! When we got back to the hotel after the concert, the Night Auditor shared that his mother and grandmother were at the same concert and told us a funny anectdote about his family which made us laugh. We did not have much interaction from housekeeping other than asking for a couple of towels which they promptly provided. The only part that was off putting, but not serious enough to like complain about, was a young woman at the front desk would not let me finish explaining before she interjected with questions but she just tryin' to be 'fecient.

The bathroom vanity was so tiny. These rooms were obviously older; they were clean, however. Free parking--the bonus!

My first time staying at a Holiday Inn was amazing! My husband and I enjoyed it so much. The stay was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the pool was super relaxing. A huge plus was the free parking and breakfast, which was delicious. I just wish breakfast hours were a little longer, and that the bacon option was available more than just one day during our 5-day stay. Other than that, it’s definitely a place worth booking again we will be coming back! We also loved the extra night snacks and drinks available in the lobby for purchase perfect for late-night cravings.
