I wish I got to stay in the actual room that we booked but they accommodated us to units next door to make room for a large group that visits there. We really appreciated the advanced notice and the ease of the switch. The property that they switched us to was not as clean as it could have been; a ton of hair in the shower drain, the room was not properly swept, crumbs visible on furniture and floors. Black ink stains on the comforter. The hand soap dispenser was broken, the coffee maker had a misused pod inside it, so we had to clear out grounds and run a few times to make coffee, those should be checked after each stay, most people that do know how to use them leave the pods in there too, we did, now that I think about it. Large bugs were getting in somehow, we think from the crack of the door jam, and were always found in the bathroom (grasshopper & a large roach). Overall it was not my booking locations facility so it’s not their fault. We would come back to be able to stay at the Inn that we did book. The other property needs better cleaning staff.

Location. We found mold spots in the bathroom ceiling and spots on the bedsheets. It was noisy from the people around the pool.

I really enjoyed our stay. A little old fashioned feeling, but in a classic and charming way. The room had lots of little helpful touches, and everything was clean. The swimming pool felt great.
