Great property, central to many attractions. Great pool Loch Nesh , but check to make sure it’s not closing early for a special event during your stay.
-
The staff are very friendly and the property is well kept. But if you are planning to book a resort just a heads up the food is separate. It’s not included with your stay as an adult.
-
It’s an old hotel/resort the golf course was horrible not totally to blame on them but because of the weather, but they’re charging high prices for that I will never go there again
-
Lovely and quiet. Great spot for a golf group. Pools are busy but well staffed and well maintained.

Great resort I will definitely come back

Have stayed at Innisbrook several times and always had great experiences. Although there were a couple of minute issues with the room they weren’t noteworthy. The rooms we had were very clean, comfortable and quiet. We had our son and his family with us so having rooms just a short walk to the Lochness pool was an added bonus. Have taken other grandchildren there and always have a great time make wonderful memories.

Check in was ok, directions to the room were not that helpful. Would be nice if a team member would escort new visitors to the building with there room.

The room was absolutely fantastic, updated, and clean! I couldn’t have been happier. It was spacious for a studio room. Five stars!
-
Beautiful and extensive golf community / resort. Old Florida charm. Rooms and architecture is 70s, and it’s a mix of residential and hotel units. Felt more like renting a condo than a hotel. Unfortunately we left w flea bites (most likely from the unit itself). That’s the reason for the low stars given. We did not raise a complaint with the hotel

Always my go to vacation spot…wish they had more options for restaurants and shopping inside!

This is our go to spot in the Clearwater area. Golfers paradise, lots of pools. The property is spread out so it never feels crowded. Building exteriors look old fashioned but the 1 bedroom king suite is fully updated. I like having a full kitchen and nice balcony. 10 min ride to Honeymoon Island beach. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. You will need a car but they have a little shuttle that will run you around. About 30 mins to Clearwater beach.

The entire resort was gorgeous! Only con was the hours of the pool especially with children.
-
Amazing place to spend a weekend with family. Will definitely return

There was no fridge in the room. Had to go to them to request one because the phone wasn’t working
-
Breakfast wasn’t included and the 25$ resort credit wasn’t given

I was unaware of the stairs to get to the rooms. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator to use to bring all of my luggage. The night before checkout, I called the front desk to ask if an Uber would be able to pick me up at 4:30 am and would be allowed onto the premises. I was told that I should have the pickup be the clubhouse and I could have a tram arranged to pick me up at 4:00 am. When I called at 4:00 am on the morning of checkout, I was told that the tram drivers didn’t come in until 6 am. I was transferred to security who said they would direct the Uber to my building. At 4:20 am, when the Uber driver arrives, he was let in, but not told that I was not at the clubhouse. I had to contact him. During my phone call to him, someone from the clubhouse did come out to tell him that I was not there. It seemed as though the staff didn’t talk to each other.

There are places to eat, such as the Osprey restaurant in the main building (where check-in happens) a second casual pub like restaurant in another building, and a really nice Steakhouse restaurant. I like staying here because I like the grounds with the golf courses, trees and beautiful plants and foliage. There are always those who seem to be disappointed that this is not a glamorous/new resort. They (the resort management) cannot simply legally implode the buildings and build new because the buildings/ units are privately owned, at this point in time and for the foreseeable future. Enjoy it for what it best presents as, lovely units on beautiful property with golf courses & tennis courts.

Pool water was durty... leafs and twigs in waterside part. Current was to strong for kids from left water slide. And their housekeeping made a mistake cleaning our room when we were staying another night. They picked up a Yeti cup with ice tea in it and a cell phone and threw them both into the same plastic bag... if I didn't already need a new phone I would have thrown a huge fit over it...

No elevator to upper floors A little dated with decor
