Friendly staff, checking in and out was quick without any complications! Pool was extremely clean, water was nice and warm. Continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious!

Went to the pool a hour before check in because was told had to wait a hour when called .then the cleaning lady walked up to me and told me I could not be in the pool that was in not perfect shape at all and said I could not be in pool with out taking a shower first and that I could not wear a swimming dri fit shirt and was asked to leave

Handicap chair for swimming has not been repaired in a long time. PLEASE REPAID HANDICAP CHAIR FOR POOL

Room: clean, good size, comfortable bed, very good location Our view of the pool area from our room was very nice We enjoyed sitting in the bar area and having a drink Staff were friendly We found this hotel to have charm and we did enjoy our stay and we would come back Breakfast: more healthy choices Up-keep: all of the windows and glass doors in the lobby area need to be cleaned Appearance of front of property: needs attention; landscape, paint, rust. Gives a nice place a seedy look. Once you go in, it is much nicer than first impression The main thing is the up-keep to make sure this hotel continues to offer a nice place to stay

Had to leave property on first night due to disgusting room and hall plus rudeness of employee staff at front desk.

We liked the comfort of the hotel, swimming pool and gym room. The beds were really comfortable and cool bed linen, the room was nice and well prepared for us. You really can't fault this hotel, yes it may be dated decor but very good for the price as well. Free breakfast good too continental and good selection on offer. The very busy road outside , a little awkward to join traffic if you need to go I'm the other direction.

An awful experience. No real person at property in case of accident or emergency. Check in done by a kiosk with people from India on a computer. No personal attentions to need or questions and nobody to talk with. Noisy room right off highway, and afraid to be there alone with not even a real front desk person. It is a motel with no amenities. Take this off your list of hotels, and would like a refund as I dd not sleep all night with traffic noises, and no one, not even a security guard to speak with about concerns, and only a kiosk in main area that got someone sitting in India with no knowledge of the property. This was terrible for a 79 year old woman travelling alone. Do not accept bookings from this property and I would like a refund. Everything. Blankets and towels old. Small bathroom with bad shower and low water pressure. No help on premises since all was done remotely. Noise off highway with traffic. Terrible and would like a refund to continue booking with Booking.
