Very convenient location. The staff were kind and helpful.

We've stayed here many times and always found the room clean, great prices and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub have been refurbished and the rest of the motel is also being refurbished. Well definitely be back!

Friendly staff, plenty of parking, close to downtown Palm Springs, but the room needed a lot of remodeling. Beds seem to be old and uncomfortable.

Nothing!!! I used to love this property. Used to be such a fun place to stay. But not any longer. This customer service was horrible. The rooms where atrocious. Nowhere did it say on there website that 90% off the hotel was under construction! They gave my daughter a room with one bed, when there was three people staying in said room.

Clean rooms

Nice spacious room, pool looked good, AC worked and great price!

The property was under construction, as well as I paid for a room with a patio and did not recieve a room with a patio I also emailed about this and did not hear back.

Bad

The AC wasn’t working when we checked in and the staff refused to fix or get us a new room. The staff even accused me of breaking the AC. I gave my keys back and did not stay the night.

Convenient location and good value

Great location, professional customer service . Love this place

Right on the strip and close to lots of shops. Some parts of the hotel and close to the jacuzzi has a dirty smell. Also our toilet wouldn’t flush each time. Had to open the top cover to reset the water fill up.

You get what you pay for. It was a nice space. I felt safe being there just my daughter and I. I enjoyed it and will go again. Parking lot needs to be paved

The location is convenient and the rainbow colors used on the building are very colorful and fun. The rooms are spacious and clean, but really sparse with just a coffee pot and a mini fridge. There’s no water bottles or any amenities other than soap and an empty ice bucket. It’s enough for a day or two to visit friends.

The room cleaning crew were very nice and did a good job in cleaning my room. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The building is very run down and there’s trash laying around. It looks like they are remodeling so I believe it will get better. The area where the ice machine is under the stairs smelled like poop. That are need to be completely sanitized
