Delos Reyes Palm Springs

The room advertised is not the room you get. A/C barely got cold. It’s under construction. People smoking in their patios led to smoke coming into my room from the AC sucking it in.

I tried to go ask for information at 5:30 on the evening I stayed and there was no one available. The room had no chairs. The only place to sit was the bed.

Jacuzzi was the perfect temperature, the full blast was soothing on my body, room was clean and wooden floor mopped. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

This is a funky old motel that's in the process of being updated. The room wasupdated, comfortable and had a patio where you could sit and check out the spa or the hills behind the hotel. The location is great, easy access to south palm canyon and east palm canyon drives. The guy at the front desk is friendly with lots of ideas for things to do. We'll be back.

Early morning vacuuming was unnecessary.

We've stayed here many times and always found the room clean, great prices and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub have been refurbished and the rest of the motel is also being refurbished. Well definitely be back!

Friendly staff, plenty of parking, close to downtown Palm Springs, but the room needed a lot of remodeling. Beds seem to be old and uncomfortable.

Nothing!!! I used to love this property. Used to be such a fun place to stay. But not any longer. This customer service was horrible. The rooms where atrocious. Nowhere did it say on there website that 90% off the hotel was under construction! They gave my daughter a room with one bed, when there was three people staying in said room.
