Great location. Reasonable rate Roaches…. Lots..

This was probably the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The property was a mess. Buildings look disgusting. The pool had guests that were drunk and a mess. Holes everywhere. The lobby was hot and had a nasty smell that was being masked by an even worse cologne. The attendant nice. We decided to just see the room in case maybe it was salvageable. Wrong. The room was hot. The AC looked like it barely worked. It reeked of cigarettes. There were holes in the wall walls that were stuffed with napkins. The bathroom tile had so much dirt and grime everywhere with holes too. The door lock had duct tape on it. And we found a giant roach dead in the doorway inside the room. It was obvious they didn’t try to clean the room at all. They didn’t even vacuum, obviously with the dead roaches. How this place is even advertised on Hotels.com is beyond me. I will try to get my money back through trip insurance. Pray for me we walked in and walked out. Do not stay here.

The AC didn't work and it didn't get below 78 degrees

thank you for our stay. unfortunately, we had to cut it short due to an unexpected change in our schedule, so we can't thoroughly rate the hotel. we appreciated the owners' attentiveness and help.

Trashy and gross. Linen and bed stained. Roof, walls, and flooring dilapidated. We only stayed because no other hotels available.

The entire hotel looked run down. My room was not in good shape and the bathroom and toilet were not properly cleaned. Brown stains running down the back of the toilet. I purchased my own cleaning spray and paper towel. When I got out of the shower, I saw a blood stain on the towel after I dried myself. I had to check myself to realize it was not from me. I definitely over paid, as I left 2 days early. I was out by 3:15am for an early flight Monday the 20th. So over $500 spent for 2 nights in a $49 per night hotel. I am not happy. Stay away from the Desert Lodge in Palm Springs. I have made a complaint to Expedia. So far no response from the hotel.

The staff was kind but the hotel was a bit filthy. There was “repaired” water damage that was just a hole punched into the spot where it had occurred. The shower was gross. The walls had weeds growing through the edges. The mattresses were a bit too brown for comfort

This place has huge potential and must have been a really cool MCM motel at one time, but the current management has no clue what they are doing, unless running a flop house is their business model , I almost wanted to buy the place just so that I could fix it!!
-
This place was horrible I didn't Even stay there because It was so bad and also. 3 other people left when I was Leaving and they didn’t want to give me a refund. I had Go reach out to hotels .

Nothing It looked condemned, the floor was caving in , i asked for an ADA room didn't get it

There were several major issues with the room. The bed was broken. The bathroom door didn't close. There was no smoke detector. The electrical wiring was exposed in a few places.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Trust me. If you are thinking, like we did, “it can’t be that bad”. Think again. I am not exaggerating or being a Karen. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, holes in the walls, brown goo of some sort, on the curtains, and lamp shades, oh and a big cockroach in the bathroom, and baby one in the hallway. You are not that desperate.

The first time we stayed, it was excelent. Totally worth 150$. 2nd time we stayed, 200 a night and we got a room which the bathroom was completely destroyed. Door was broken, faucet was broken, shower wouldnt drain, toilet handle was inaccessable. Just ruined the stay. Management said they inherited the property like that.

I had plans to call you, and ask for a full refund. I placed this hotel, and it does not match what there picture on wed is. The place was awful, the person was not helpfull. there were cucaroches inside, there was grass growing inside the molding, the celing was coming apart, I have picture of the shower area. this is the worst my husband and son have seen. They die not leave because they drove after work on a friday, and the time was around 8:30pmt, they had late check in. I'm sorry, I want a full refund, they even left early because they could not sleep because of the situation. everything. nothing was good. To much of nature was inside the room, totally unhappy and they were going to sleep int he truck is how bad it was, but they were so tired. But let first thing, Evverything, the floors, the top blanket, I have a video of this which i can add. I will call to figure how to send video, it won't download.
