Float Palm Springs

Me and my husband stayed in room 10 and we had a tough night. It started with a confusing check-in, in a poorly lit alley under flickering lights at 9:30 at night ( Look for the email they send you with check in instructions that require a hoop to jump). We had finally got into the room and the room was dreadfully hot (we are used to heat we live in Joshua tree). The fan remote was missing for our stay and the AC was off. The AC randomly turned off by itself 3 times during the night of our stay. The kitchen area was horrendously hot ( plus side I didn’t know there was a kitchenette when I booked) these units have an OLD small wall AC that doesn’t circulate through to the whole unit. There was no toilet paper so we had to ask another room who was at the pool if they had an extra since staff isn’t around. We had no soap and the shampoo bottle was empty. We also found two dead roaches and one alive and I have pictures of that. ( there is still a dead roach behind the brown chair in room 10 as I was too grossed out to grab it). We went swimming to give the AC time to cool the room down but pool was bath water warm, not clean and the pool does not look like the ad AT ALL!! Missing canopies, one sad pool noodle, amenities were unkept and DIRTY. Saw Someone collapse by the pool, no staff around to help. We went back inside and slept on top of the bedding (must say your beds are comfortable) but we could see the mattress and box spring was stained. Hate that I had to write this!

The room wasn’t clean and they’re also very old and very small. Found a cockroach in the shower the second day. The light outside the room was also flickering all night and I had to remove it so we could sleep. If the cost was cheaper I wouldn’t mind, but we paid a lot of money and were uncomfortable. The shared areas are so cute but bc the room was dirty, I was afraid to use the pool. I hope they renovate it because it has a lot of potential!!

Close to downtown, not very many people. I never got to see the staff Everything done thru email so I waited till I was sent the code for the doors .

Friendly staff, quiet place. Pool and jacuzzi can use a cleaning. Rooms are spacious, the ones with a kitchen.

I like that no one was there and had the place to ourselves the pool was very nice. The bed was horrible and the fan did not work and very little toilet paper half a roll for 2 people. The a/c took alright to cool the room to small for the size room.

Easy access to property and rooms. The pool water was 99 degrees, someone left the heater on. Don’t know why they needed to heat the pool in PS. Was not refreshing or enjoyable.Misters not working either.No coffee maker or wall mirror.

Location The air conditioner was not working in the bedroom. The spa was not working correctly.

Very relaxingund calm place

One word. Yucky, run diwn, dirty. Broken front gate. Pool was dirty, found hair, bugs & leaves. Jacuzzi doesn't work. No towels for the pool and the lock for the for the bathroom was literally falling off. Pool table looked like somebody died on it. *please save yourself the hepatitis, and don't go here...Ever.

The shower head had no water pressure. Possibly needs to be thoroughly cleaned. But the hot water was really hot.
