Nice and quiet

When I 1st clicked on this property, a picture of the PS Spa Casino Hotel came up. So that's where I thought I was booking. But this place is in a completely different area of PS. Then I immediately called to request an early check-in due to a recent health issue. But nobody answers the phone there. And although I left a message, nobody got back to me. When I arrived around 1:45 I was shocked to see a gated property in a private neighborhood. According to a posted sign, you must text them upon arrival which I did. After waiting for awhile he texted me back that I could only check-in at 3pm. Which was very unfortunate that he had never bothered to respond to my earlier text. So I left with my friend/driver to go and kill some time. When I went back at 3 I was back to square 1, texting him and waiting for him to respond. After about 15-20 mins and my 2nd text, he texts me that he's with another guest and will be with me shortly. I'm waiting in the car in the parking lot. Then Bob text me: Do you have any Pets with you? Now, I'm getting annoyed but responded no. Several more minutes go by while I'm waiting in my friends car to offload my things and go and lie down. Then he texts me: Are you 1 or 2 guests?! Now I'm pissed that he's using these stahl tactics to delay my check-in. I was the only guest but now my friend has been waiting with me and Bob is wasting our time. I ask to cx and get a refund but he said no. The place is old and poorly maintained. More like a pool house .

It’s amazing place to visit

It was very spacious and clean. It had a nice kitchen with all the appliances. The free cable TV and wifi. I am physically challenged I walk with a cane and have limited mobility so some of the furniture was very low and difficult for me to get up from. There was no bath mat or stabilizer bars in the bathroom and I almost fell getting in and out of the tub. I don't know if there were handicapped accommodations available perhaps I should have inquired so I wouldn't hold it against them.

Loved the place . Didn't like that there was someone that didnt work telling me and cant do things. I paid the same amount of money. If the staff doesn't have a problem with me. Why should they .

We had to wash each cup, utensil, etc after each use and then even wash the utensil to use for a different food (no serving utensils). If just a bit more consideration was given to kitchen supplies and floor mats and curtains, rather than dollar store furnishings, this place would be top notch!

We were late and they checked us in online which was super kind We needed more blankets on the bed. It was quite chilly.

It’s so beautiful dog friendly. I just love it. I’m gonna come back as much as I can. That I can’t live there all year around I wish I was there now!

The pool and location The room needs an update, cracked worn tiles in bathroom leftover hair as well. Outdoor furniture by the pool and back patio needs to be replaced. Grass way overdue for a cut. Was not 300+ a night should have been closer to $150
