Speaking of which, a bee stung me AND the other lady at the pool that morning. Lots of wasps and bees in and around the pool. Very few handicapped parking spots. 4 for a hotel with over 100 rooms. Ridiculous. The people working there were nice, housekeeping, maintenance. NOT THE FRONT DESK though. INATTENTIVE AND MOSTLY ABSENT AND VERY SNARKY AND RUDE EXCEPT FOR Tim. They never clean the rooms or vacuum, Have to ASK for towels and toilet paper. The pool was nice but locked the gate from 10 pm until 8 am. Stupid. It's better to swim at night than in the blazing 109° F heat. I left with a majorly BAD impression given my age and what they did to me. Will never stay at an Extended Stay America EVER AGAIN. ZERO STARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Something sticky on the floors, Sinks and tub would not drain, and the tiolet would not flush. Was told that they would try to get someone to fix it and 3 hrs later no one! Then they didn’t have another room to move us to. The grab and go breakfast is coffee, hot water, instant oatmeal, a nutrigrain bar and prepackaged muffins. Not even regular creamer for coffee only sweetened pump type. We left.

Convenient location My flight was late, so I called the front desk (not easy to get the number) and informed them of my revised arrival time. Upon arrival, they told me that the reservation had been cancelled by booking.com. They could not recover the reservation, but could accommodate me at TWICE the price. It was 2am and I was without the accommodation I had reserved and re-confirmed at 10pm that day. The night auditor was totally unsympathetic and offered no options, other than paying double the reserved rate. I went next door to a Courtyard. Much nicer property and at a lower rate.

was able to have coffee They gave us a room that was not cleaned. Changed it to a lower class room than I paid for. Room was missing items. Got woke up @ 1:30am because room was booked twice. Had people coming to the door early in the morning looking for people who weren't there.

The staff here are very nice and hospitable. The rooms are nice, and the refrigerator is a bonus!

Room was dirty had to have them change my bed sheets as they were stained. Elevator was dirty floors were dirty.

The staff is most accommodating and willing to assist in any way to ensure that your stay is a success.
