Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel

CHANGE THAT HORRIBLE ODOR!!!!! MAKE WHOEVER MAKES THE DECISION TO KEEP IT TRY IT FOR A FEW DAYS IN HER OR HIS OWN LIVINGROOM.

Loved the pool and the pool bar. Rented a day bed chair at the pool, super comfy.Room was nice enough. The staff was amazing, especially at the front desk. They were very attentive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. The only thing that I think could be improved, is the hotel restaurant. We had breakfast there, and decided not to do the buffet. We waited for our server to come back for 15 minutes to take our order. Then when the food came, my eggs were overcooked, and the potatoes they give you are french fries. That’s just not my style for breakfast. However, that’s really minimal and would not keep me from staying here again.

Unfortunately, the rooms need updating and also some broken things in the room, the coffemaker and other things. We actually had a cockroach in the ceiling...wish they would of offered some kind of discount or coupon or something for all our lil mishaps!!! Pool area needs updating as well....loved the lobby and some other areas but they need to update already and put more up to date pics of the place. Staff was def.great

Staff was fantastic. But, the pool area needs attention. The umbrellas, at least the ones we used, were broken and had no way to stabilize them and we were told just to rig them. Plus, one of the two pool restrooms did not lock and had leaks that were fixed with towels and toilet paper rolls. Pretty awful.

It was such a great experience since the moment we got there. The staff were amazing and helpful. The rooms were clean and also the breakfast and lunch were great. I would recommend people coming.

I love this place I been staying in this resort for the fifth time. I wish they could provide me one free night.

We will not use this hotel again. So disappointed. Refrigerator was not working when we arrived. They replaced it though.

Basically it was horrible. There is no way we would ever return or refer anyone to go there.

The bed was lumpy and the pillows needed more feathers. I was not able to sleep 😩the landscape was gorgeous.

One area that could use improvement is the pool area. The pool bathrooms were not in the best condition, and there was no music or entertainment around the pool. During our stay, it was mostly families with children, so if you're looking for a more adult-oriented atmosphere or a lively pool scene, this may not be the best fit. However, it is a great choice for families, as it is very kid-friendly. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, especially for those looking for a clean hotel in a convenient location.

Like any other place, it mainly needs some maintenance throughout the premises but nothing that extreme, just replacing some scratched, scuffed, or repainting of furniture and/or floors. Staff and service is always amazing! Food within the hotel was responsible and tasteful.
