Nice hotel enjoyed our stay

Great place would stay there again close to everything.

Also check in was at 4 pm and they definitely held us to that. Our room wasn’t ready until exactly 4pm

Everything's wonderful

The coffee maker was dirty, the toilet seat is damaged, and the room does not smell fresh. We also have not received any room service. We ordered coffee cups and water, but they still have not been delivered. Please have these issues addressed as soon as possible.

This place needs desperate upkeep. I had to get moved to a new room because my shower head was spraying water throughout the entire bathroom and the ceiling. Maintenance weren’t around to fix it. Carpets in hallways are old, stained and worn through. The pool area was probably nice 20 years ago but is now incredibly dated and has no atmosphere. Restaurant didn’t even open in the morning and the coffee shop doesn’t open till 8am. Sadly there was no energy or vibe whatsoever.

The worst stay ever Air conditioner was broke it was 114 degrees out only 1 elevator working Ice machine was broken also, No chairs on balcony and only 1 desk chair in room absolutely the worst experience ever

I had previously been there for events but never considered staying there. We were extremely happy with the staff and the room. The amenities were top notch.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the property is starting to show its age and could definitely benefit from a remodel and some updates. The bedding could also use a refresh. The pool area was nice, the shops were convenient, and the amenities overall were good. My biggest complaint was the parking garage. It was surprisingly dirty compared with the rest of the property. I only really noticed it toward the end of my stay since valet had been handling the car before then. That said, none of those things significantly affected my stay. Everything else was great, and I enjoyed my time here. With some updates to the rooms, bedding, and parking garage, this could be an even better property. Overall, I’d give Hotel Zoso about an 8.5–9 out of 10 and would stay here again.

Air conditioning was broken . I reported to staffs did not fixed until next morning 0830 . Temperature set up 82 . It was very hot in Palm Springs .

Staff was attentive, near everything! Stayed here for splash house will definitely stay again

...Towels shredded partially, seen too many cycles through the wash? ...Room 208 while seated in the bathroom the sink drain pipes were visible and appeared dirty. ...TV printed channel guide would be easier than channel surfing to find favorites.

Great hotel everything was amazing it’s very clean. The location is in a perfect place for any and everything. The staff is amazing also very friendly and helpful

It sucks that the club is closed and the got rid of the pool party.
