Best Western Plus Las Brisas Hotel

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was exquisite, the breakfast was good and the pool was refreshing. Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

This hotel is so well maintained and clean. The breakfast is delish with lots of options. There is indoor and outdoor eating areas. The outdoor sitting areas are so beautiful. The pool is clean and lots of places to lounge. The staff is great and the rooms are clean and roomy. This is our go to place when staying in Palm Springs. Close to all the popular restaurants and bars. Parking is free and lots of stalls. We feel safe when staying here too. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Palm Springs.

the property is an older property but has all the amenities you need and more, breakfast is great, rooms are very spacious and clean, beds are very comfortable, close to downtown shopping, restaurants and bars.

The rooms are very nice and so is the pool. Many many good things within walking distance.

The room, property, and staff were great. The parking is tight with a few people were parking along the curbs in the lot. A little noisy with being located closed to the clubs, bars, and restaurants, so it was expected. We had a pool view with a very sitting area right outside our room which was convenient.

The unique atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful, I stayed there in the late 80's and ita still a great place to stay. Location is the best, everything is with in walking distance. Really would highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Best Western Las Brisas earlier this week and the room we stayed in had a ceiling leak. Thankfully we were in the room when it happened! I literally ran out the room with my daughter in underwear while my husband gathered our belongings. This was no small leak. The ceiling could’ve fallen on top of us. As soon as the leak started I called the from desk. It took forever for any staff to come to the room and when they did come it was the maintenance staff specifically for the leak. No one came to help us move our items to another room. Mind you it wa 110 degrees and my daughter is 3 and has autism, I cannot leave her unattended at all. Since no one came I went to the front desk to ask about another room. I asked for the wheels thing to help move my items and none were available. The manager was the one that told me and didn't offer to send someone to help. They downgraded me to a much smaller room and refused to refund me in any way. I was close to tears as this whole thing almost ruined our vacation. It wasn’t even the leak itself but the way we were treated!
