The staff was so friendly and went out of their way anytime we had a request. In fact, we asked to see a few of the empty bungalows as reference for future stays so we could know what the other class of rooms would look like for comparison - they were happy to oblige.

My only critique would be… While relaxing at the pool the staff seemed a little bit disengaged…
