Only one family pool. Pools were extremely clean, gym and other amenities were very well maintained. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect access to the courtyard and pool. Restaurant Chi Chi had excellent food and drinks. Very convenient side pool Service - amazing service!! Great ambiance throughout the property. We were walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Staff at front desk was the best. And the best part are the beautiful views of the local mountains and sunsets. Palm trees & moon. Wonderful sitting areas!! Overall our stay was excellent and we would highly recommend.

Not sure why people have written bad reviews about this place. Our stay was amazing and this is now my new favorite spot in Palm Springs (I travel a lot for work). Miguel at the front desk was very welcoming and provided me and my wife complementary wine upon arrival. The food was amazing (branzino filet, lobster sliders, fish ceviche, and popcorn chicken). The grounds were very clean. There is a family/kid friendly pool that my son enjoyed. All the workers from the restaurant waiter to the bartender to the pool waiter were exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very good.

p.s. the pull out sofa is not that comfy but a small price to pay for the excellent service and beautiful grounds and pool you get to enjoy. Would stay here again!

Would love to come visit again.

This is a beautiful property in the heart of Palm Springs. It is a short walk to downtown and the property felt secluded and quiet. They had fun music playing at the pool during the day but never too loud. Multiple small pools and lots of greenery.

Love this jewel of PS classy hotel ❤️

Staff is wonderful. Friendly and accommodating. When we checked out after a six night stay, we felt like we were leaving family!

Very good

The showerhead broke and water started running behind the wall, making the shower unusable. Maintenance replaced the showerhead, but the new one has such intense pressure it felt like water torture. The shower is too small to move out of the direct stream, and the showerhead doesn’t adjust or move downward very easily.

A beautiful, serene property conveniently located near downtown and art museum. A little challenging to find your way around, lack of signage
-
everything was great except noise old building, room on the ground floor could hear talking and walking in room above
-
Great location and pool! Food was a small menu but great. Room was like a dark hole. Really no felling of wanting to stay in your room but would always go to the pool.

Exceptional

Staff was great Room was terrible, food was mediocre. I could not believe how run down the room was and the bathroom looked like a cheap motel. Absolutely not with the high $$
-
Staff were wonderful and the grounds are very nice, but our room was horrible. It used to be a great place to stay, but there is zero decor on the walls, our bathroom door wouldn’t even close, and the couch in our room reminded us of something from IKEA. For over $600 a night, we expected to at least have some type of view, but nothing and the windows had film on them so you couldn’t see out. It’s like being in a motel!
-
Beautiful grounds, pools room. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Look forward to staying there again.

In our room, the bathroom, in addtion to substandard lighting and the presence of a badly banged up table whose function remains a mystery, had stone tile long overdue for regrouting. The ceiling track for the curtain in the room had been pulled out of the ceiling and the curtain itself was clearly too long for the windo opening and stained with rust. The sliding door to the patio had been damaged as well. The lighitng in the room was poor, cheap and substandard. The room overall had a dated and shabby appearance. The hotel also slapped a $50 per day resort fee onto our bill which was not mentioned in the expedia listing. They also dedcusted $200 for "incidentals", which we had no control over. In our case both of these were refunded when we complained about the condtion of the property.
