Great location, perfect for a getaway rooms perfect size

Housekeeping and front desk staff are amazing and will take care of anything you need. Location , pool and views were the best. Walking distance to all the stores and dining in town. Room was nice and loved the snacks and bubbly that was provided in the fridge. Continental Breakfast was included and served at the hotel next door by the pool. That was an extra treat for sure. This place will be for sure on my list for another stay in Palm Springs.

Very self-serve, which was unexpected. No services on property. Rooms could definitely use some help. It’s an older iconic property, but definitely needs some upgrades to bring it back to its original glory. There was a power outage that lasted a couple of hours during the night, in the summer, with the heat, not great. Evidently, it’s something that happens periodically in this neighborhood.

I like the intimate layout and location of the hotel. There are 10 rooms surrounding a pool. The hotel is located in an older part of Palm Springs, which gives it a charm.

A very inviting and quiet boutique hotel! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very spacious.

They could use some more umbrellas at this pool, but other than that, I really love this property and the staff. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the AC in our room and they couldn’t offer us another as it was sold out so we had to check out and get into another hotel which we ended up paying double, last minute spring break. That was a bummer but I still would stay here again. I love this place.

The room I was in is showing its age. It was clean, but sink in bathroom is coming away from the wall and the hot water from the tap was just a trickle. Pool was clean and a comfortable temperature. Close to downtown.

Great location and classic Palm Springs vibe. Rooms were huge and comfortable, with stylish design. Pool was nice. Hotel lobby is in a different property across the street, which is slightly inconvenient. Breakfast was quite good (also across the street). Included options had a nice granola/yogurt/fruit option as well as simple pastries. Location is great, close to downtown, and also near trailheads for mountain hiking. Hotel also offers complementary bicycles. While stylish and pleasant, rooms are showing their age a bit, with some potential for cosmetic upgrade.
