Drift Palm Springs, a Member of Design Hotels

Room was very spacious. Much larger than expected. Quiet hotel for the most part. Wasn't able to check out restaurant attached. Pool is very large, clean and warm. No need to rent pool cabana. Plenty of chairs around pool. Don't know why they charge for it. The price was great. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The property is clean and focused on relaxation. We had a two bedroom suite and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Location is central to downtown Palm Springs and 45 minutes from Joshua Tree. 10/10

this place was a huge disappointment. immediately after entering the room it’s clear that there is a conjoining room next door and you can hear…everything. the bed was uncomfortable and wasn’t given a blanket lol. they won’t clean your room unless you pay a charge. this place cuts corners and packages it as “minimalism”. the food and the drinks downstairs are great but the service is 0/10. wish i could get a refund.

Lovely space for a family of 4 with teenage kids. Walkable location to all you need. Peaceful and spacey rooms. Nice staff and lively pool area.

The bedding materials were out of this world as well, were the towels. I had two cons number one was the lack of an ice machine. Number two was lack of hand towels, and wash towels. The pool was absolutely fabulous as where the grounds and the room.

I paid a lot of money for two days and felt the staff was not up to par with customer services for the price per night. I was charged a late fee after I already left the room and they don’t have a front desk. However, the manager on duty was very accommodating.

We had such an amazing stay at Drift Palm Springs this weekend. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, but the pool area truly stands out. It’s huge, relaxing, stylish, and feels like a little oasis in the middle of Palm Springs. Perfect for spending the entire day lounging in the sun. The location honestly could not be better, right in the center of the city and walking distance to all the cool bars, restaurants, shops, and even the casino. We barely had to use the car the entire trip. Such a perfect weekend getaway and we already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Palm Springs!

The room was large, clean, well-stocked and in a good location. The decor was modern and minimalist--very nice. The kitchen had a full sized refrigerator, a dishwasher and a toaster oven, along with dishware & utensils. There were two bedrooms with two full bathrooms and that really helped with three adults staying there! Anytime I had a question, I could (and did) text guest services and they always got back to me quickly. They were always very courteous & professional. I would stay here again. We truly enjoyed our stay here. If I had to look for something that I feel would need improvement, maybe the description of the room's view did not match the reality of that particular room. It was called a garden suite and both the balcony and the one bedroom that had a window only had a view of a dirt lot adjacent to the hotel. There were plants in the center area as you approached the room, but there was no view of those plants from the room so I would suggest just dropping the garden part. Not a huge deal, because we were out and about and weren't sitting around hoping for a good view.

Large, spacious, modern rooms and very comfortable. Pool and restaurant are fantastic. Limited service means far fewer staff around.

Our room was advertised as a two bed two bath, but only had one bathroom. Hotel staff stated it had been mid-advertised by the third party I went through. No resolve. The pool and pool area were very nice and clean. The room was very nice. No tv in bedroom. Overall, it was a good experience.

We loved The Drift!! Check in was easy, and early. The place was spacious and clean, great kitchen, lovely patio, awesome beds and bathrooms. Living areas were awesome, too. Parking was easy, the pool was nice, though definitely crowded on spring break. We had one little annoyance that when we arrived, the bar and restaurant were closed for a private party, but the Drift staff made it right but offering us complimentary drinks the following night. Very friendly bar and restaurant servers. Would definitely return!
