We really enjoyed our stay!

I wasn’t sure if it was your maintenance guy (he looked liked one) that was hanging around the pool, but he was very unprofessional. There were some ladies in the regular chairs, the guy goes up to them and takes them to the vip daybeds….and for the next hour he gets them drinks and chats with them the whole time to the point it’s noticeable. I usually don’t care but what really bothered me is that he proceeds to come to me and tell me that “im going to need you not to move the umbrellas”….mind you, I had moved my umbrella TWO HOURS PRIOR maybe two feet. He didn’t ask if we were ok or needed anything else, just walks off lol. I was not expecting that at this hotel. I’ve stayed at many hotels in this area and never had an experience like this over an umbrella, actually quote the opposite. Besides this experience, we did enjoy the stunning views at the pool and we loved the breakfast.

I loved everything about this hotel! Swimming pool especially ☺️

Location of the Hotel in the middle of Downtown. Rooms are clean and big. Badroom are well designed and comfortable. Bed was really comfortable. Very nice amenities. Valet Parking and very friendly staff.

Great hotel. Really clean and nice. Restaurant was very good. All staff were very helpful and welcoming. Excellent location.

Palm Springs has really cleaned up over the years. Rowan is in a good location for shopping, restaurants and hiking.

The location is perfect. Right in the middle of the downtown area. There’s nothing not to like.

Great stay for a Palm Springs weekend! Loved the ease of lounging at the pool, great coffee downstairs, great tips from staff, and so close to hiking. Hotel amenities are modern and clean. I would stay here again!

Nothing , the pool was out of use, we were not informed. We were promised a full refund by the front desk after booking a replacement hotel Promised a refund after pool was not in use with no message to tell us this, we booked another hotel after getting this confirmation. Since we have had resistance to helping and no refund as of now. Won't be staying at a kimpton again unless this is resolved

The location was perfect- right in the center of town. Walkable to restaurants, shops, etc.

10/10 would go back and bring the dogs next time.

It was expensive (but it was a holiday weekend).

Exceptional

My husband just had a short stay overnight, but the rooms were nice, property was adorable and amenities amazing. We loved the proximity to everything, we will return for a longer stay.

Good location. The hotel was understaffed for Memorial Day weekend. We had to wait for 20 minutes for valet upon checking in. Only two people handling all of the holiday guests for checking in. We counted 14 groups waiting for their room. Check in was at 4 pm. We waited an additional 45 minutes and others waited an hour or more.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The morning coffee and afternoon snack time in the lobby were a nice touch. The rooms were roomy, clean and well decorated. The pool area is on the smaller side. We really wanted to enjoy the pool and tanning for most of the weekend but several times other guests asked staff to open umbrellas, right over where I was sitting, taking away my sunlight. I understand staff want to accommodate guests, but I was also a paying guest and didn’t like being treated as though I’m invisible.
