Andreas Hotel & Spa

Let me start off by saying it is a beautiful property. We arrived early on a Saturday morning. Had reservations for Saturday afternoon. I had called early. They said I could come in and use the pool until check-in. They stored our luggage in a little area with our name on it. They had a very nice candy bar. They served ice cold water. You cannot take your own water bottles and cannot vape. The jacuzzi was green and the pool. Although the pool was clean there was green on the side tiles that was slimy. While laying out they were doing construction which was not on the website so we got to listen to them scraping up some stuff off the concrete for I don't know a good hour while we were trying to enjoy the pool. It's good to know that if you do not have a key to get in this building. If there is not somebody at the front desk, you're not going to get in because they go around the property and do what they do without a cordless phone. Also, keep in mind that this property does not use Expedia. That is where I booked my reservation and it clearly stated that I would pay at property. The money was taken out several weeks before my reservation when I talked to the front desk clerk regarding this upon arrival she said that they don't use it's always pay at the property so they need to change it on Expedia

Rooms, pool and common areas were superb. Bed was so comfy. Loved the ambiance. My only complaint, if it’s even a complaint is that for this type of hotel I might expect a warm continental breakfast. The “breakfast” consisted of a nature valley granola bar, string cheese, a bagel, muffin and cream cheese. But, that would not keep me from coming back- regularly. Great staff and nice and quiet. Just the right amount for an adult only get away.

This was a beautiful 1935 hotel, A/C worked great. It was rather warm, but everyone there was very helpful to us.

Clean, good location, nice staff , well decorated The breakfast is unsatisfactory, consisting solely of cold prepared food boxes. They should offer some hot dishes. The price they ask for during this low season heatwave is somewhat excessive.

We had the perfect room in the corner this time! Probably the best A/C ever. Love that we can swim and chill by the pool 24/7

We were warmly welcomed by a gentleman running the front desk. He gave us a tour and informed us where we could find everything. The hotel is beautiful and decorated nicely with an abundance of amenities. The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Everything felt luxurious. We definitely will plan another stay when we return to palm springs.

Just be aware that the included breakfast is actually a to-go box. My wife and I went out to breakfast on our 2nd morning.

Beautiful boutique hotel right in downtown Palm Springs close to walking to everything even the casino is a concentrate stuff is wonderful rooms are unique. The property is well maintained and claimed free breakfast in the morning. I love this place. I’ve been coming here for 15 years and this is the only place I want to stay

My husband and I spent 1 night here for couple massages. It was beautiful, clean and the pool is open all night!!
