Everything was good

Overall had a great time. Staff was great and loved coming back to a clean room and fresh linens and towels everyday. Will definitely come back again

The room/suite was clean and the Hotel parking was convenient. Staff had allowed us to check in early, which helped us to get ready for the Bridal Shower dinner in the community @ Spencer's Restaurant. My adult daughter swam in the nicely appointed pool and I could watch her from our balcony and take great pics. A perfect stay in DT Hyatt Palm Springs.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and nice to stay in. We had fun in the pool too. Thank you!

Great location and staff.

If I can change one thing, I’d wish there was more lounging chairs by the pool
-
Place is okay needs upgrade needs nicer staff needs more amenities
-
Girl from front desk really nice so helpful

Overall good stay in a good location relative to core town spots

The property is very old needing overhaul and renovation. Shower, rooms, bathrooms, entire building is very very old in terrible shape.

Staff were great throughout the stay. Palm Canyon Drive location is perfect. Reserve a Mountain View room if you can. Fridge in the room is always wonderful in desert heat. I’d love to give it a five star review, but this Palm Springs mainstay has seen better days and is in need of a refresh. New carpets would go a long way. Still I’ll gladly be back, thankful for the team that makes this a welcoming comfortable stay every time.

We asked the house keeping to help us set up the sofa bed and I left a $5 tip. When we returned back to the room, the sofa bed was set up with only bed sheet on, without pillow and blanket. I had to call them to request pillow and blanket, and gave the person who brought pillow and blanket another $5 tip. The cable remote control was not working, I had to call front desk to send a technician to try to fix it who didn’t know how to fix the problem either. He was kind of old , I felt bad, so, I gave home a $5 tip. I felt like the staffs intentionally drag on their work to earn tips.

Great location, beautiful views, good parking, friendly staff.

Guest reception for check in very kind, personable. 24 hr gym, fantastic. Poolside a bit understated but room definitely need work. Patio furniture broken and dangerous. Patio decking peeled and unsafe for bare feet. Shower and toilet have very little pressure and drain is either clogged or undermaintained as is the painted areas of the bathroom and sleeping area. Sofa comfortable but chair stained. Light fixtures torn and yellowed. Beds and sheets are clean but towels smell as if they are moldy or left in a hot dryer too long. No face cloths, . Bar and restaurant is bright and inviting but food lacks luster. Security is tight, and keeps guests safe by requiring room key for elevator entry. Parking garage is hopefully monitored but saw very few cameras. Air conditioning unit noisy but effective. If you're looking for a quiet escape this is it. Other than the bar across the street on Palm Canyon the streets were a ghost town due to humidity factor elevating the typical 3 digit heat to risky for many tourists but still a beautiful view. I've been coming here for years and one day they'll upgrade but Anadaz is right up the street if new exciting vi e is your preference.

Pool was old and they ran out of towels. Rooms were old and dark, staff was fine but the hotel wasn’t busy and it was still slow.

Wonderful

It was quiet and the room temperature was great. The bed and bedding was very comfortable! Great shower! Staff members could do with some more training with guest service. I had a leaking faucet in the bathroom sink. A few aunts. Bathroom floor was not clean when I arrived..
