Hyatt Palm Springs

The room was awesome. Just a little noisy. And sat they were trimming trees. Could have done without that noise too.

Our room was mid. The tvs did not work well. The drain in our tub was busted. The mirrors in the bathroom was damaged. The coffee machine was broken. If I would have done my research I would have spent ten more dollars and stayed at the Marriott. The staff was very nice tho and helpful.

The pool has a bar but it was closed so, I couldn’t enjoy that either. And the outside patio was closed as well. Aug is not the time to go out there. It’s way too hot.

Location and value were hard to beat. Room attendants were very nice and did a great job cleaning. The elevator to the garage broke down and there wasn’t a microwave in the hotel. Also I requested an air mattress and never got one.

Superb

Location. Room was extremely poor condition. The sink and shower drained very slow, the sheets were extremely hard, rough and uncomfortable, the bed was not comfortable, the balcony door injured my hand because it was so difficult to open. There was only one old broken chair on the balcony we requested a second chair and they never brought us one. I’m surprised Hyatt does not upgrade these rooms.

Location Ac did not work it was hot in room told front desk they sent a guy nothing was done to move me send a fan up nothing my stay was horrible could not sleep room was hot.

This is not the Hyatt I used to know. Property was very run down. They no longer provide luggage assistance, which I get, but the luggage carts were all broken. Staff was very friendly. Just sad to see how run down this property is. The pool bar/restaurant is now closed as well.

Exceptional

Rooms need to be updated and cleaned properly. We noticed some parts of the room were not very clean. The rooms were very dated and the parking garage was limited and expensive.

It was a great location

Everyone was very friendly the moment when we check in The floors were a little warm and couldn't fill the AC but the room was excellent temperature.

Outstanding room. It was a suite - similar to an Embassy Suites room. I stayed on the 6th floor and would recommend that for the view. It was 114 outside when I was there. Inside the a/c was working to keep up. It was OK inside but not more than OK.

I have been to many places in Palm Springs and this is one of them that I can truthful recommend to go every time my wife and I love it
